Unredeemed prizes and exclusion need different checks
Clash.gg's ordinary closure terms forfeit unredeemed prizes, while its exclusion blocks withdrawals. Ask about existing items before choosing an action, without delaying a request for protection. Independent help is available.
Close your Clash.gg account
Email the official support address
The published terms say you may close your account by emailing support@clash.gg. State that you want closure and ask for confirmation of the account status and any pending administrative items. Use the email associated with the account where possible, without including passwords or full payment details.
The terms allow an ordinary closed account to be reopened on request unless it is self-excluded. Ordinary closure therefore should not be described as a permanent protective ban or personal-data deletion.
Understand the prize-forfeiture warning
Those terms say closing the account forfeits continued access and rights to unredeemed prizes. Do not assume support will return every remaining item after closure. Ask about eligible redemption and pending transactions before confirming, and keep the answer privately.
This is not advice to keep gambling, buy more cases or make another deposit. If accessing the account is unsafe for you, tell support that you need protection now and ask how it can handle the administrative question without further play. No payout or closure deadline is guaranteed here.

A cautious follow-up plan and copyable templates
These are suggested follow-up intervals, not a processing-time promise from the platform. Keep the original message and any confirmation number.
- After 7 days without a reply, consider sending one follow-up.
- If there is still no response after 14 days, use the platform's official complaint channel or a regulator only where it applies to your account.

Self-exclude from Clash.gg
Use the dedicated restriction rather than ordinary closure
The official self-exclusion page offers fixed periods of one, three, seven, fourteen, twenty-one, thirty, sixty or ninety days. It says the selected period cannot be reversed and blocks play, deposits, withdrawals and other listed site activity. A permanent ban is available through support.
Check the term and consequences in the official confirmation. In particular, do not assume withdrawal access remains open during a timed restriction. That is why the money question and the protection request should be made explicit together—not why protection should be postponed.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Frequently asked questions
Does exclusion cover other skin-gambling accounts?
No cross-operator coverage is established by this procedure. For an existing Cases.gg account or CSGOEmpire account, use the separate guide. A device barrier can supplement account restrictions.
Are deletion, marketing and local legality confirmed?
This guide does not establish complete data deletion or a full ordinary closure marketing outcome. Ask about those separately. The terms require adult users and leave local-law eligibility to the user; their existence is not an assurance that the service is lawful everywhere. This page is an exit aid, not a recommendation to use the platform.
