Check whether Shuffle permits your location
Shuffle's current Terms prohibit use by people located in or resident in several places, including the United Kingdom and United States. They also list Australia, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and Sweden. Do not open a new account or place another wager to follow this guide. If an existing account needs closure, funds support, or protection, contact Shuffle without resuming play.
Close your Shuffle.com account
Close a Shuffle.com account
Shuffle's public Terms confirm that account closure is available, but the reviewed public pages do not publish one exact menu path, a completion time, whether closure is permanent, or how ordinary closure can be reversed. Use the closure control if it is visible in the signed-in account. If it is not, use current live support or support@shuffle.com and ask for the exact action in writing.
Record unresolved items without gambling
Note held funds, a pending withdrawal, an open bet, a bonus, a verification request, or an account review. Save only the non-sensitive records needed later. Do not make a new deposit, place another wager, or try to disguise a transfer merely to prepare the account for closure.
Use the closure control or current support
Use the signed-in closure action if shown. Otherwise contact live support or send a bounded closure request from the registered email. Ask how every unresolved item will be handled and whether Casino and Sports access are both affected.
Keep the written outcome
Save a non-sensitive case reference and closure confirmation. Shuffle does not publish a guaranteed timeline or ordinary-closure reopening rule, so require support to state both rather than assuming deletion is permanent.
Account Closure Request
Adapt this request to the options the platform currently offers
Send to: support@shuffle.com · official source
- Send from the email address on your Shuffle.com account
- Keep a copy of your sent email for your records
Shuffle's Terms tell closed, locked, blocked, or excluded users to contact support about held funds and allow identity or source-of-funds checks. A current coin-mixing help article also warns that depositing and immediately withdrawing without genuine play can trigger review. That is not a reason to gamble. Ask support for a lawful withdrawal route and do not deposit, wager, or rush a transfer to change the account state.
No reviewed public source gives one closure-specific outcome for every open bet or bonus. Ask for those outcomes without placing another wager. If access needs to remain blocked, use self-exclusion instead of relying on ordinary closure.

Self-exclude from Shuffle.com
Complete both steps of Shuffle self-exclusion
Shuffle's current responsible-gambling policy publishes a signed-in Shuffle Wise → Self-exclusion control. Choose Casino, Sports, or both, then choose one day, one week, one month, six months, or permanent exclusion.
The first request does not finish the process
Submitting the first request starts a 24-hour cooldown. Shuffle then emails you to extend or select the exclusion. Complete that emailed step within 24 hours of receiving it. If you do not, Shuffle says the account becomes unrestricted.
A Casino-only or Sports-only exclusion keeps login available but blocks bets for that product. Choosing both blocks account login. Shuffle says the selected exclusion cannot be reversed during its period. It does not publish one post- expiry reactivation process.
Do not postpone protection to settle an open item or unlock a bonus. Ask support@shuffle.com how held funds, pending withdrawals, open bets, and bonuses will be handled, then preserve the original request, cooldown notice, follow-up email, and final confirmation.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop Shuffle.com emails
Stop marketing separately from closure
Shuffle says marketing email and SMS messages include an opt-out instruction, and preferences may also be withdrawn through customer service. Its responsible- gambling policy says self-exclusion removes the user from Shuffle's marketing databases. Security, transaction, legal, or account-service messages may still be required.
Privacy deletion is a separate request through support@shuffle.com. The current privacy notice says legal obligations or technical limits can prevent immediate or complete deletion. It gives no general numeric retention period, though it says communications about use of the service are retained for six years. Ordinary closure therefore does not promise complete erasure.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Is Shuffle account closure the same as permanent deletion?
No. Shuffle confirms closure and separately accepts privacy-deletion requests. Its privacy notice permits continued retention for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons, and the reviewed sources do not publish an ordinary-closure reopening contract.
What happens if I miss the self-exclusion email?
Shuffle says the account becomes unrestricted if the follow-up is not completed within 24 hours of receiving the email. Keep the first request open, watch for the follow-up, complete it promptly, and save the final confirmation.
Must I wager or move crypto before closing the account?
No. Record the unresolved item and ask support for the lawful outcome. Do not make a new deposit, place another wager, or rush a transfer merely to prepare for closure or exclusion.
Who operates and licenses Shuffle.com?
Shuffle's current licence page identifies Natural Nine B.V., Curaçao company 160998. The current Curaçao Gaming Authority licence registry lists B2C licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, issued 24 December 2025 with an indefinite term. That licence does not override Shuffle's prohibited-location terms or establish legality for a particular visitor.
