Close your WSOP Online Nevada account

Close a WSOP Online Nevada account

The current Nevada closure article directs players to the official contact form. Use Account closure request as the subject and provide the full name, home address, email address, and reason registered with WSOP Online.

Check unresolved items without gambling

If money, a pending withdrawal, an open tournament, a ticket, or another account item remains, ask Player Support how closure affects it. The closure article does not require a zero balance and does not explain every open-item outcome. Do not deposit or play to clear the account.

Submit the official closure form

Open the form, enter Account closure request as the subject, and provide the registered details the official article lists. Do not add passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated gambling history.

Keep the confirmation

WSOP Online asks players to allow up to 48 hours and says it sends an email after closure. Its current Nevada terms separately say termination will occur within seven calendar days. Save the submitted request and completion message, and use support if those current sources appear to conflict in your case.

Ordinary closure is not permanent deletion. WSOP Online's current reopening article says a voluntarily closed account can request reopening through support@wsoponline.com. Reopening requires identity and address documents through WSOP Online's secure system; do not attach those documents to an ordinary closure email.

Self-exclude from WSOP Online Nevada

Choose cooling-off or formal self-exclusion deliberately

These are different protections:

  • Cooling-off: The current Nevada cooling-off article lists 1, 2, 3, or 5 months under avatar/profile → Responsible Gaming Limits → Account Restrictions → Cooling Off. It applies only to the Nevada account, cannot be reversed, leaves funds available for withdrawal, and automatically reopens at the end of the selected period.
  • Self-exclusion: The current Nevada self-exclusion article lists 1 year or 5 years under My Profile → My Account → Responsible Gaming → Self Exclusion on desktop, or My Account → Responsible Gaming → Self Exclusion on mobile. It says the term cannot be reversed.

WSOP Online says formal self-exclusion closes the account immediately, closes related accounts as detected, suppresses promotional offers, and also applies to land-based casino or hotel properties, companies, online sites, and brands owned, operated, or managed by Caesars Entertainment or its affiliates. That scope is broader than the Nevada-only cooling-off option.

The self-exclusion article does not explain the withdrawal path for every balance or open item. Ask support before relying on a specific outcome, and do not place another wager to change it.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop WSOP Online Nevada emails

Stop promotional messages separately when needed

The reviewed Nevada sources say formal self-exclusion includes reasonable measures to stop promotional offerings. They do not publish a separate general marketing opt-out path for an ordinarily closed account.

Use a genuine message's unsubscribe control when available, or contact support@wsoponline.com and identify the channels you want stopped. Ask for confirmation without sharing extra identity or payment information.

The current Nevada contact page publishes live chat from 12pm–9pm PT daily, phone support from 8am–9pm PT daily at +1-866-614-6864, and email at support@wsoponline.com.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Is closing a WSOP Online account the same as deleting it?

No. The official Nevada procedure describes account closure, and the operator separately publishes a route for requesting reopening of a voluntarily closed account. It does not promise deletion of personal or regulatory records.

Does this procedure cover New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Michigan?

No. This page is deliberately scoped to Nevada because that is the current product and account contract verified for this repair. Use the help center for the state where the account was registered; do not send Nevada account details to another state's support form.

Should I use ordinary closure if I need a stronger gambling block?

Not necessarily. Ordinary closure can be reopened on request. Formal self-exclusion has a fixed 1-year or 5-year term that the current Nevada article says cannot be reversed and extends across Caesars-managed properties and brands.
