How to Delete a ClubGG Account

Delete your ClubGG account

Start deletion in the ClubGG app or signed-in web page

ClubGG's current account-deletion page publishes two signed-in routes and one fallback for people who cannot log in:

  • in the app, open ME → HELP → Delete Account; or
  • sign in to the authenticated web deletion page linked above; or
  • if login is unavailable, write to support@clubgg.com for deletion help.

Cancel paid membership separately

If a WSOP+ or other paid membership is active, use My Account to stop its renewal. Account deletion is not published as the membership-cancellation control.

Record open items if safety permits

Note any prize, tournament ticket, registration, support case, or payment already shown. Do not play, buy another membership, or enter a tournament merely to change the account state.

Start account deletion

Use the genuine app menu or authenticated web page. If login is unavailable, use ClubGG's published support@clubgg.com fallback. Keep the request date and confirmation without sharing a password, one-time code, full payment details, or an unrequested identity document.

Do not log in during the 30-day grace period

ClubGG says any login during the grace period cancels deletion and restores the account. After 30 days without login, deletion becomes permanent and the account cannot be recovered.

ClubGG's current Terms of Service say membership renewal, tournament tickets, and account termination have separate rules. Tickets can remain between some membership or registration periods, while ClubGG may cancel tickets on termination. No current source reviewed gives one deletion result for every outstanding prize, ticket, or tournament matter. Ask support@clubgg.com about an existing item without delaying the deletion request solely to play or spend it.

Personal-data removal has legal limits

The deletion page says profile, game, and user-generated data are removed after the grace period. ClubGG's separate Privacy Policy permits retention needed for anti-money-laundering duties, regulation, legal claims, and other stated legal purposes. Deletion therefore does not guarantee erasure of every record. The privacy policy uses support@clubgg.com for qualified rights requests.

ClubGG self-exclusion status

ClubGG self-exclusion is not currently verified

No current exact-domain ClubGG source reviewed on 2026-08-04 published a self- exclusion or cooling-off procedure, duration, product scope, money effect, or reopening rule. ClubGG's linked Help site displayed only a generic surface in the remote browser.

Do not copy a GGPoker instruction into ClubGG. If access needs to stop now, use the confirmed deletion route above, consider a device or payment block, and use any applicable jurisdiction self-exclusion program separately. Urgent support options remain available without waiting for ClubGG to clarify its operator protection.

ClubGG's current Privacy Policy says users may follow an email's unsubscribe instructions or write to support@clubgg.com. The same address accepts requests to stop information sharing for marketing. ClubGG does not publish a completion time in the reviewed policy.

Marketing suppression does not cancel a paid membership, delete the account, or create a self-exclusion barrier. Complete each needed action separately and block an observed sender locally if messages continue.
