Deleting your PPPoker app account does NOT affect your club balances. Your chips and money are held by individual club agents, not PPPoker. You MUST settle all balances with each agent BEFORE deleting your account, or you may lose access to your funds permanently.
Step 1: Settle ALL Club Balances First

- List all clubs you're a member of in the app
- Note your chip balance in each club
- Contact each club agent directly to cash out
- Wait for payment - verify funds received before proceeding
- Leave each club after balance is settled
