The public tool page lists operator self-exclusion choices of six months, one year, two years, three years, or five years, with a later return requiring a phone call rather than automatic reactivation. However, current Terms version 3.9 clause 16.1(c) says Unibet will prevent account use indefinitely after a request. These current first-party sources conflict. Use the exact option shown in the signed-in control or confirmed by current Australian support, and save the confirmation; do not assume the public duration list is complete.

The terms say that attempts to circumvent self-exclusion void open or pending bets with the stake returned, while already resulted bets stand; the account balance is returned. Those are self-exclusion terms and must not be copied to ordinary closure. Unibet also says it does not target currently self-excluded users with marketing.
