1Win publishes two actions, but its account contract is incomplete
1Win's current Privacy Policy describes an account-deletion request. Its separate Responsible Gaming policy describes self-exclusion. The current exact-domain legal text does not clearly identify the contracting company or a regulator and licence number, and it does not publish one complete ordinary- closure, balance, pending-item, or reopening contract. This page is therefore held from search while preserving the verified actions for direct visitors.
Deletion and gambling protection are different
An account-deletion request is a qualified privacy action and does not promise immediate erasure of every retained record. If access needs to stop, request self-exclusion directly instead of waiting for deletion or an account question.
Delete your 1Win account
Request account deletion through a current 1Win channel
The current Privacy Policy says a user can request complete account deletion through account controls or support@1win.social. It also says legal and regulatory duties can prevent immediate erasure. No current source reviewed publishes a deletion completion time or one result for balances, withdrawals, open bets, promotions, or later reopening.
Put immediate protection first
If gambling access needs to stop, request the minimum-one-year or permanent self-exclusion first. Do not deposit, bet, or start a transaction solely to prepare for deletion.
Record open items if safety permits
Note any balance, pending withdrawal, open bet, promotion, or support case already shown. Ask what happens to each item without delaying protection.
Send the deletion request
Use a deletion or privacy control shown in the signed-in account, or send a concise request to the support address published in the current policy. Ask whether 1Win treats it as account deletion, closure, or a privacy-rights request and what records must remain.
Keep a non-sensitive record
Save the effective date, a case reference, and the written outcome for each open item. Never send a password, one-time code, full payment details, wallet seed phrase, private key, or an unrequested identity document.
Account Closure Request

Deletion does not promise immediate data erasure
The current policy says account data is generally retained while the account is open and for five years after closure or the last contact. Legal claims, regulatory duties, and self-exclusion records can require longer retention. 1Win may request identity evidence for a privacy request; use only the secure route it identifies for that request.
If support does not reply
A cautious follow-up plan and copyable templates
These are suggested follow-up intervals, not a processing-time promise from the platform. Keep the original message and any confirmation number.
- After 7 days without a reply, consider sending one follow-up.
- If there is still no response after 14 days, use the platform's official complaint channel or a regulator only where it applies to your account.

Self-exclude from 1Win
Ask support for at least one year or permanent exclusion
The current Responsible Gaming policy directs self-exclusion requests to customer support. It says exclusion takes effect immediately, lasts for a minimum of one year, and cannot be cancelled before the chosen period ends. It also offers permanent exclusion, which cannot be reopened.
Use online chat or support@1win.social and say whether you want a fixed period of at least one year or permanent exclusion. Ask for the exact start date, end condition, products and accounts covered, and written confirmation. No current source reviewed supports the former guide's 3-month or 6-month choices.
The policy says money already in the account before the request can be withdrawn during exclusion. It does not publish a withdrawal time or one outcome for pending withdrawals, open bets, or promotions. Do not delay a needed exclusion solely to move money or change those items.
No automatic cross-brand scope was found. Request protection separately from every other operator you use and add any applicable national or multi-operator self-exclusion program for your jurisdiction.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop 1Win emails
Object to direct marketing separately
The current Privacy Policy says direct marketing can be stopped through an unsubscribe control or by contacting support@1win.social. Operational or service messages may still be sent.
Use an unsubscribe control only in a genuine 1Win message, or ask support to stop gambling, casino, sportsbook, bonus, and other direct marketing. You can also block the observed sender locally without signing back in. Marketing suppression does not itself delete the account or activate self-exclusion.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Does 1Win guarantee permanent account deletion?
No. The current policy permits an account-deletion request but also describes legal and regulatory retention. It does not publish one completion time, ordinary-closure result, or reopening rule.
How long does 1Win self-exclusion last?
The current policy says at least one year. A fixed exclusion cannot end early. Permanent exclusion is also available and cannot be reopened.
Can I withdraw money while self-excluded?
1Win says money already in the account before the exclusion request can be withdrawn. It does not publish a processing time or one result for pending withdrawals, open bets, or promotions, so request an item-by-item answer.
Is 1Win licensed in Curaçao?
The current exact-domain legal text reviewed does not clearly identify the contracting entity or a regulator and licence number. The former guide's Curaçao conclusion was removed rather than guessed. Ask which current terms, entity, licence, and jurisdiction govern the account.
Why is this page outside search and the sitemap?
The old indexed guide contained unsupported deletion, timing, contact, identity, complaint, licence, and protection claims. This direct-help page should return to search only when one complete current legal and ordinary- closure contract can be verified.
