Unibet's United States products are closed
FDJ UNITED's 2024 results say Kindred completed its withdrawal from North America in the first half of 2024. Former US account access and support are not interchangeable with the current international Unibet brand. Do not deposit, wager, or use a foreign Unibet contact to test an old US account.
Unibet US account status and support options
Identify the original state and product
Use an existing non-promotional record—such as an old statement, tax document, or account confirmation—to identify where the account was registered. Do not follow an old deposit link or send identity documents to a contact copied from an old guide.
Current primary sources support this former US footprint:
- Iowa: the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission annual report says Unibet withdrew in 2022.
- Virginia: Unibet's official closure notice says the product closed on April 11, 2024 and account access is unavailable.
- Indiana: Unibet's official closure notice says the product closed on April 23, 2024 and account access is unavailable.
- New Jersey: Hard Rock's regulator-filed first-quarter report says its Unibet agreement was expected to end on or about May 28, 2024. That filing confirms both online casino and sports products; it is not proof of a universal account transfer.
- Pennsylvania: a regulator-filed Mohegan presentation described a planned June 2024 app closure. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's current application-status report records the Unibet Interactive sports-wagering licence as surrendered on February 26, 2025.
- Arizona: Unibet's official closure notice says the product closed on June 4, 2024 and account access is unavailable. Arizona's regulator materials have not been consistent about licence listings, so this guide does not claim a current licence status.
Use the official route for that state
No current unified Unibet US email, phone number, chat, balance process, or data-request recipient was verified. For an unresolved former-account issue, use the route for the state where the account was registered:
- Arizona: review the Department of Gaming's event-wagering complaint instructions. Arizona says an operator complaint normally comes first. If no operator route is available, ask the Department how to document that gap; do not invent a response or complaint number.
- Indiana: use the Indiana Gaming Commission's official contact and sports-wagering complaint page.
- Iowa: use the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission's current contact form. The reviewed pages did not publish a separate sports-wagering patron form, so describe the former account and ask which process applies.
- New Jersey: use the Division of Gaming Enforcement's Internet Gaming Dispute Form. The form says not to email Social Security, identity-document, birth-date, financial-account, card, password, or authentication information.
- Pennsylvania: start at the Gaming Control Board's complaint and dispute page. Its online forms distinguish money or merchandise disputes from other complaints, and the Board says a patron can file within 30 calendar days of the incident. A shutdown-era issue may be outside that window. Do not change the incident date or assume eligibility; use the Board's current contact page to ask whether another record or route applies. Explain if the former operator route is unavailable rather than fabricating a complaint number.
- Virginia: use the Virginia Lottery's sports-betting page, which links to its current complaint form.
These agencies control different jurisdictions and may not be able to recover funds, produce records, or order a particular outcome. This guide does not promise that a balance, pending wager, tax document, or personal-data request will be resolved.
Prepare a minimal issue summary
Copy this into the official form or message route for the original state. Keep attachments and sensitive information out until the agency or verified handler provides a secure process.
Agency Route Request
Ask the responsible agency to identify the current official process
This message is not pre-addressed. Use the current official agency or regulator route identified in the guide and confirm where it should be sent.
- Paste this into the official form or message route for the state where the former account was registered.
- Keep a copy of the request and response for your records
Unibet US self-exclusion status
The former Unibet US controls are no longer a current protection route. A state program can still matter, but coverage and duration are not portable between states:
- Indiana's Internet Self-Restriction Program applies to mobile sports wagering and offers one-year or five-year enrollment.
- Virginia's Voluntary Exclusion Program offers two years, five years, or lifetime across the gaming categories specified by the state.
Use the current government program for the state and gambling type you want to block. Do not assume a former Unibet exclusion covers another operator, another state, a land-based casino, or an international Unibet product. Independent blocking tools and bank-card gambling blocks can add separate protection while a state enrollment is pending.
Stop Unibet US emails
No current Unibet US account setting, support recipient, or verified sender domain was confirmed. Use an unsubscribe link only in a message you trust, then block or filter the sender. Keep one non-sensitive example with its date if the messages continue.
Indiana's state Internet Self-Restriction Program says enrolled people are removed from direct marketing for the mobile sports-wagering scope it covers. That is a state-program effect, not evidence of a current Unibet preference setting. Other states and products may differ.

Frequently asked questions
Is Unibet still operating in the United States?
No current source reviewed supports an active Unibet US product. FDJ UNITED says Kindred completed its North American withdrawal in the first half of 2024, and official regional notices record closures in Virginia, Indiana, and Arizona. The international Unibet brand continues separately.
Can I still log in to an old Unibet US account?
The official Virginia, Indiana, and Arizona notices say account access is unavailable. No current unified login or legacy-support route was verified for the six former states. Use the state-specific route above for an unresolved account issue.
Was my balance or account transferred?
The reviewed sources do not establish one universal transfer, repayment, or open-wager process. A Pennsylvania filing discussed a planned “soft landing,” but that planning language is not proof that a specific account or balance transferred.
Should I contact Unibet in the United Kingdom?
No. The current UK service is a different product and operator scope. Its contacts, account controls, and regulatory process are not evidence for a former US account.
