Tipico account status and support options

What is confirmed, and what is not

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement's January 2026 order records the complete shutdown of Tipico NJ's website and apps and the end of its sports betting and internet gaming business in New Jersey. The order also requires retained records. It does not publish a customer balance, account-deletion or records-request procedure. A person named as a contact for the Division in the order is not a verified consumer-support recipient.

MGM's June 2024 acquisition announcement described a planned US wind-down. It does not establish who now handles individual former accounts or their money. The NJ order must not be presented as the current procedure for every US state or for European Tipico accounts.

Safer next steps while the customer route is unresolved

  • Check which jurisdiction and legal entity appear on correspondence you already have. Keep a non-sensitive case reference or record of an unresolved issue; do not post account or payment details publicly.
  • For an unresolved account or money question, start from the official gambling regulator for that jurisdiction and ask which current route applies. For New Jersey, the Division's official website identifies the regulator; this is not a verified Tipico-specific claim or refund process.
  • Do not assume a similarly named European service or an acquisition announcement transfers your account, balance, complaint or privacy rights to another operator.
  • Never send a password, one-time code, full payment details or an identity document to an unverified recipient. Do not deposit or gamble to try to recover money or unlock an account.

No current source reviewed establishes former-US withdrawal access, pending wager settlement, refund eligibility, processing time, account reopening or data-erasure rights for this guide. We cannot promise recovery or deletion.

Tipico self-exclusion status

Keep protection separate from account administration

The former settings-based self-exclusion instructions are not verified. Ordinary closure, a service shutdown and formal self-exclusion are not the same action; do not assume one registers you with a state-wide program.

You can explore blocking tools while the operator route is unresolved. For urgent support, use the urgent-help directory, or international help outside the US. You do not need to resolve an account or balance dispute before seeking support.

Marketing and privacy remain separate questions

No current former-US marketing or privacy recipient was verified. Do not assume shutdown stops every message or erases retained records. Ask a verified current official route what applies before sending personal information. European privacy wording is not a verified substitute for your former-US account contract.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Official shutdown evidence contradicts the old active-US instructions, but current consumer procedures are still incomplete. Keeping a direct-help page does not mean those procedures have been verified.

Does this mean Tipico is closed everywhere?

No. The NJ order establishes the New Jersey shutdown only. This guide does not describe current European accounts or establish every former US state's account process.

Can the guide provide a support address or a funds deadline?

Not from the current evidence. We have removed unsupported contacts, timing, money instructions and erasure promises rather than substitute guessed ones.
