PokerKing Account Closure and Responsible-Gaming Status

Confirm the written-notice route before sending a closure request

PokerKing's current Terms and Conditions describe account closure after seven days' prior notice and say to withdraw the full balance. They say ordinary notification may use dated post, email, or phone via the current Contact Us details. The same terms separately publish support@pokerking.com for closing an account to uphold Responsible Gaming policies.

The terms call this termination or cancellation, not guaranteed deletion of every personal, transaction, security, complaint, or legal record. The current privacy policy gives a six-year period only for chargeback, refusal, or reversal records; it does not establish a universal six-year retention rule for all account data.

Use the Responsible Gaming controls for a stronger block

PokerKing's current Responsible Gaming page and settings guide describe game restrictions and permanent account blocking/deletion under Settings → Responsible Gaming. The pages say a responsible-gaming closure removes the player from open tables and tournaments and that a permanent block cannot be bypassed by opening a new account.

Before relying on the control, ask the signed-in official route to confirm:

• the exact effective time and whether the block is permanent;
• whether it covers only PokerKing or another named product;
• what happens to each balance, pending withdrawal, open table or tournament, ticket, bonus, dispute, and review; and
• whether promotional contact stops.

PokerKing says it can block only its own account, not every other Winning Poker Network room. Do not assume a wider network exclusion without separate confirmation from each operator.
