Leave every PokerBros Club
Open the app and leave each Club before starting account deletion. This is the prerequisite in PokerBros' current FAQ. It is not an instruction to transfer, sell, withdraw, or spend virtual items.
Open Account Deletion
Tap the avatar in the main lobby, choose Account Deletion, and enter the Player ID shown by the app.
Complete the app confirmation
Enter the account password twice in the genuine app flow, choose Account Deletion, and confirm the warning. Never send a password or one-time code to an agent or through ordinary email.
Save a non-sensitive confirmation
Record the request date and confirmation without storing a password. The FAQ calls deletion irreversible and says the same account cannot be used again after the action completes.
If the documented control is missing or cannot complete, use PokerBros' official support page or care@pokerbros.net. Share only the minimum account identifier requested and ask for a secure route before sending identity documents. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment details.
PokerBros' terms identify Thinklean Limited as the contracting party and use Hong Kong law. They do not establish the company's incorporation location, so the former Malta/offshore label has been removed. Product availability and legal status remain location-specific.

Choose the required period
Select the fixed period or permanent option that matches the intended protection. Do not choose a shorter period on the assumption it can later be extended or reversed; the published rule says the chosen period cannot be changed.
Keep the effective-date confirmation
Save the selected duration and effective time. If the control is not available, use the official support route and ask when the restriction is active.
Permanent self-exclusion may also be requested through care@pokerbros.net, which appears on both the official support and Healthy Community pages. The separate compliance address in the privacy policy is for privacy rights, not general account help.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
