Closure is permanent, but data rights are separate
ParlayPlay says a closed account cannot be reopened or reactivated. Its current privacy policy separately says a person may request deletion of certain personal information, while some records may have to be retained. Closing access is not proof that every account, tax, transaction, security, or compliance record is erased.
United States and Canada service
The current terms apply to ParlayPlay customers in the United States and Canada. The Arizona duration exception below applies only to Arizona users; do not import a U.S. state program into a Canadian account.
Close your ParlayPlay account
Close the account in settings or ask official support
ParlayPlay's current account-closure help page publishes a signed-in closure route and an in-app Live Chat alternative. Its current Terms of Service also permit cancellation through the service or official support.
Record unresolved account items
If it is safe to sign in, note the cash balance, pending withdrawal, accepted entry, bonus or reward, dispute, account review, and any records you may need. Do not deposit, enter another contest, or redeem a reward to prepare the account for closure. Ask support how existing items will be handled.
Open the closure control
Go to Account → Settings → Personal Information. Below the Save button, choose Click Here to start account deletion. Read the live confirmation before submitting it and make sure it applies to the intended ParlayPlay account.
Use official support if the control is unavailable
Open in-app Live Chat and ask the Support Team to close the account. The current terms also publish support@parlayplay.io for account cancellation. Do not send a password, one-time code, full payment details, or an unsolicited identity document through ordinary messaging.
Email Template
Copy this email and adapt the bracketed fields
Send to: support@parlayplay.io · official source
- Send from the email address on your ParlayPlay account
- Keep a copy of your sent email for your records
Keep the final confirmation
Save the request, a non-sensitive case number, and the effective date. ParlayPlay does not publish a closure-completion time. Its current help material says the closed account cannot later be reopened.
Request personal-information deletion separately
ParlayPlay's current Privacy Policy says a user may request deletion of certain personal information by emailing support@parlayplay.io. It also says legal requirements may require some information to be kept, sometimes for a defined period. Ask which records can be deleted and which must remain; do not treat the request as a guarantee of complete erasure.

Self-exclude from ParlayPlay
Choose Self-Exclusion or Break in Play
ParlayPlay's current Responsible Play guide separates two controls:
- Self-Exclusion immediately logs the user out and blocks sign-in, contests, deposits, withdrawals, and every account feature for the selected term.
- Break in Play keeps sign-in and withdrawals available but blocks contests, deposits, and reward redemption for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.
To activate either control, go to Menu → Responsible Play, choose the control and duration, review the confirmation, and submit it. If stopping access is urgent, do not delay protection to change a balance or reward. Ask official support how inaccessible funds and open items will be handled.
Self-exclusion terms are 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 years, or indefinite. Arizona accounts are limited to 1, 5, or 10 years. Neither control can be ended early. Break in Play ends automatically; fixed-term self-exclusion requires a Live Chat review after the full term, and indefinite self-exclusion cannot be lifted. The guide also says remaining funds on an excluded account can remain subject to the Terms' inactivity-fee rules.
An operator control may not cover another gambling account. Add a maintained state self-exclusion program where it applies and an independent gambling blocker for another layer.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop ParlayPlay emails
Stop commercial contact separately
The current terms say users may opt out of commercial email, SMS, and telephone communications through the unsubscribe function or by contacting support@parlayplay.io. Use a genuine message's unsubscribe control after checking its destination, then ask support whether every promotional channel is covered.
Stopping commercial contact does not close the account or activate formal self-exclusion. Security, transaction, tax, legal, exclusion, or account-service messages may still be necessary.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Can a closed ParlayPlay account be reopened?
The current first-party closure help says no: a closed account cannot be reopened. That account-access rule is separate from which personal records may be retained or deleted.
What is the difference between Self-Exclusion and Break in Play?
Self-Exclusion removes all account access, including withdrawals, for the selected term. Break in Play keeps sign-in and withdrawals available while blocking contests, deposits, and reward redemption.
How long does ParlayPlay account closure take?
The current closure help and terms do not publish a completion time. Keep the submitted confirmation or support case and the effective date.
Must I use rewards or complete another entry before closing?
No such requirement appears in the current closure instructions. Do not wager, deposit, enter a contest, or redeem rewards to prepare the account. Ask support how existing items will be handled.
