Choose self-exclusion under Gambling Controls or ask customer support. BetKing says a chosen exclusion period is irreversible. It also says the account remains blocked after that period ends until you contact support; expiry does not itself restore access.
The official page reviewed did not establish one universal list of durations, so confirm the options shown in your account before selecting one.
