The current source documents responsible-gaming closure, not deletion
Americas Cardroom's official material uses permanent account closure inside its self-exclusion and responsible-gaming program. It does not document a separate ordinary deletion or reversible closure procedure for the generic account.
This page therefore keeps the useful protection path available but does not claim that Americas Cardroom deletes the account or personal data.
Americas Cardroom account status and support options
Ordinary account deletion is not currently documented
The reviewed Responsible Gaming page and Terms and Conditions document a permanent responsible-gaming closure. They do not support the former guide's ordinary deletion promise, remaining-funds forfeiture warning, processing times, identity-document checklist, or email-only support claim.
If the goal is to stop gambling access, use the formal protection below. If a different ordinary account action, privacy request, balance issue, or records request is needed, ask the current support route to identify the applicable official procedure before sending sensitive information.
The current official support email is support@acrpoker.eu. The Terms also refer to an in-game live Host for responsible-gaming help.
Personal data is a separate issue
Americas Cardroom's current Terms reserve continued retention of player information, including after player-requested termination. Permanent access restriction therefore does not mean personal-data erasure.
Do not send a password, one-time code, full payment details, bank records, or unrequested identity documents through ordinary email. Use a secure route if support requires verification.
Self-exclude from Americas Cardroom
Request permanent responsible-gaming closure
Americas Cardroom says this protection permanently disables the account, will not be reversed, and prohibits opening a replacement account. It also says a person is removed from open tables and tournaments while the request is handled, so ask for the exact effect on the current balance and open entries.
Use support@acrpoker.eu or the in-game live Host identified in the official Terms:
Self-Exclusion Request
Request the exclusion period and scope you want
This template is not pre-addressed. Use the platform’s current official contact route and confirm where this request should be sent.
- Use the current official Americas Cardroom contact route
- Keep a copy of the request and response for your records
The operator does not publish a completion time or a universal balance outcome for this request. Do not rely on the old guide's two-to-six-week estimates, follow-up schedule, or claim that every remaining balance is lost.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play permanently under the published operator process. Whether it covers new sign-ups or affiliated products depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop Americas Cardroom emails
Ask support to confirm the current marketing control
The current Terms acknowledge that users may opt out of email, but the reviewed official pages do not publish a complete current method or processing time. Ask the current support route to stop promotional messages and confirm which necessary account or security messages may continue.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
