Additional platform details

PokerStars exclusively on FanDuel uses the FanDuel ecosystem

FanDuel launched PokerStars exclusively on FanDuel in Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania on April 1, 2026. FanDuel's current product update says the product connects Sportsbook, Casino, and Poker under one wallet and launched in Ontario on June 4, 2026.

If that is the account you use, select Poker or the route surfaced inside the current FanDuel product. Do not use the global PokerStars account-closure form or the FanDuel Fantasy termination form unless official support specifically directs you there.

These current product-identity sources do not establish what happened to every older standalone PokerStars balance or account. This guide therefore does not repeat old balance deadlines, mailed-check claims, or retired contact details.

FanDuel Fantasy has a separate verified contract

FanDuel's current fantasy Terms define the fantasy website and related apps and publish a fantasy-account termination form. Use the FanDuel Fantasy guide only for that service.

Self-exclude from FanDuel

FanDuel's current problem-gambling support page describes self-exclusion as an account restriction that can also affect physical locations and direct marketing, depending on the jurisdiction. It does not define one national schedule or product scope.

Use the responsible-gaming route inside the current product or the official support form. Before confirming, ask for:

  • the available periods and exact start and end dates;
  • whether the action can be ended early;
  • every FanDuel product and physical location it covers;
  • balance, withdrawal, and unsettled-wager access;
  • the direct-marketing effect; and
  • any separate regulator enrollment required in the account's jurisdiction.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop FanDuel emails

FanDuel says some self-exclusions prevent direct marketing, but the current official material makes that product- and jurisdiction-dependent. Use an unsubscribe control when a current promotional message provides one and ask the current product support form to stop email, SMS, telephone, push, and postal marketing.

Keep the marketing request separate from account closure and self-exclusion so each result can be confirmed. Necessary security, payment, tax, legal, or account-service notices may be handled separately.
