Great Britain account only
The current CopyBet terms identify CopyBet UK Limited and a United Kingdom-only service. Do not apply these steps to another country, similarly named site, or unrelated account.
Close your CopyBet Great Britain account
Close or deactivate the sportsbook account
CopyBet's terms say a user may close or deactivate the Sportsbook Account at any time through CopyBet Profile settings or by emailing info@copybet.com. One CopyBet Profile is created and the sportsbook account is opened within it.
Check the account without betting again
Note the available balance, pending withdrawal, bonus, and unsettled bet if it is safe to sign in. The terms do not publish one ordinary-closure result for those items, so do not wager to clear them.
Use Profile settings
Open the signed-in CopyBet Profile and choose the available close or deactivate control. Record the exact label because closure, deactivation, timeout, and self-exclusion are different actions.
Use email if the control is unavailable
Email info@copybet.com from the registered address. Ask for closure of both the CopyBet Profile and its Sportsbook Account and request an itemized outcome for money, withdrawals, bonuses, and unsettled bets.
Self-exclude from CopyBet Great Britain
Choose timeout, CopyBet self-exclusion, or GAMSTOP
The current responsible-gambling page publishes a timeout of 24 hours through six weeks and self-exclusion of six months, one year, three years, or five years. Self-exclusion deactivates the CopyBet Profile, blocks login and email offers, and cannot be ended early.
The current terms say access returns only after the selected term and a later request. If no request is made, CopyBet applies an additional seven-year block. GAMSTOP is separate and covers participating Great Britain-licensed online gambling operators.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop CopyBet Great Britain emails
CopyBet's privacy policy describes a marketing opt-out that is separate from closure and does not stop necessary service messages. Use the unsubscribe instruction in a marketing message or the policy's contact route. Keep a copy of the confirmation.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Does deactivation settle open bets or withdrawals?
The reviewed terms do not publish that result. Ask support for each open item and do not place another bet to change it.
Does self-exclusion automatically end after the selected term?
Access does not simply resume. The terms require a request after the term and describe an additional block when no request is made.
