Current closure procedure under review

The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate currently identifies betwinner.com as operated by Prevailer B.V. under active licence OGL/2024/341/0759. That licence establishes Curaçao oversight. It does not establish that Betwinner is available or authorised in every country.

Betwinner account status and support options

Ask what account action is currently available

Betwinner's current English contact page publishes info-en@betwinner.com for general enquiries and complaints@betwinner.com for complaints. Regional renderings displayed different phone numbers, and no universal support hours were published, so this guide does not provide a phone or round-the-clock support claim.

Before agreeing to an ordinary account action:

  1. record the visible balance and references for a pending withdrawal or open wager;
  2. ask whether the account will be closed, restricted, or placed under formal self-exclusion;
  3. ask how the recorded balance and open items will be handled; and
  4. ask for the action, effective time, reversibility, and product scope in writing.

Do not place another wager, clear a bonus, or delay a needed protection step solely to reach a zero balance.

Betwinner Account Restriction and Closure Options
Email body
Hello Betwinner Support, Please tell me what voluntary account-closure or account-restriction process is currently available for my account. Account ID or username: [Your Account ID or Username] Before I choose an action, please explain: - whether the account will be closed, restricted, or formally self-excluded; - when the action becomes effective and whether it can later be reversed; - which Betwinner products and Prevailer-operated domains it covers; and - how my visible balance, pending withdrawal, or open wager will be handled. Please also point me to the current fully online formal self-exclusion control. Thank you.

Do not send a password, one-time code, payment credential, date of birth, or identity document in ordinary email. Use a secure official route if Betwinner explains that verification is required.

Self-exclude from Betwinner

Use formal self-exclusion for the stronger operator-wide block

The intended Betwinner self-exclusion route returned only a client shell during this review. The current CGA Responsible Gaming Policy requires the operator to make formal self-exclusion fully completable online, without requiring email or operator approval.

Open the Responsible Gambling section

Use the current domain already associated with the account and open its Responsible Gambling section from the website or app. Select the control labelled Self-exclusion or its current equivalent. Do not choose cooling-off if the intended protection is the longer operator-wide block.

Choose the formal period

The CGA policy requires 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, or lifetime. Formal self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period.

Confirm the operator-wide scope

The formal exclusion must cover all gambling activity and every brand or domain operated under Prevailer B.V.'s CGA licence. It also closes login access and stops direct marketing.

Submit and save the confirmation

The required online restriction should take effect immediately. Save the selected period, time, confirmation, and domain. Do not test the exclusion by attempting to deposit or wager.

If the online control is unavailable

The CGA policy requires an exceptional email or chat request to be enabled within 24 hours. That is a regulatory requirement, not a promise that support will reply within a particular time.

Balance and open-wager boundary

The CGA says responsible-gambling controls must not be used to prevent or delay a legitimate withdrawal. Its formal-exclusion policy says withdrawal treatment depends on applicable civil law, ante-post bets may be voided and refunded subject to anti-money-laundering rules, and an in-running tournament may need to finish. The unreadable Betwinner policy may add account-specific terms.

Ask support in writing about the visible balance and each open item. Do not deposit, place a test wager, or assume every balance or wager has the same outcome.

Cooling-off is different

The CGA policy requires separate cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months. During cooling-off, login and withdrawal remain available, gambling is disabled, marketing stops only when the person selects the opt-out, and access returns automatically after the period.

Formal self-exclusion instead blocks login, all gambling activity, every licensed Prevailer brand or domain, and direct marketing. It does not reactivate automatically. After a finite period ends, the player must request unblocking in writing through an official email or chat route; the operator cannot start that reactivation outreach.

Escalate an unapplied protection request

If formal self-exclusion is not applied or direct marketing continues:

  1. write complaints@betwinner.com and ask for the official complaint form;
  2. attach only the request, dates, account reference, and non-sensitive confirmation needed to explain the issue;
  3. ask for the operator's named independent ADR route if the internal complaint remains unresolved.

The current CGA Player Complaints Policy requires responsible-gambling complaints to be prioritised and a written final determination to be provided. It also says the CGA does not mediate individual gambling transactions. A person may still report suspected malpractice or a licence-condition breach to the CGA for supervisory use; that is not a refund or dispute-outcome route.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop Betwinner emails

Formal self-exclusion must automatically stop all direct marketing under the current CGA policy. Cooling-off includes a separate marketing opt-out choice.

No current Betwinner-specific standalone marketing-preference path or processing time was independently verified. Use an unsubscribe instruction when a current message provides one, or ask info-en@betwinner.com for the current route. Operational, security, and legally required messages may be different from direct marketing.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Can I permanently delete a Betwinner account?

The current sources reviewed do not establish a Betwinner-specific voluntary deletion procedure. Formal self-exclusion is a separate protective action and does not mean every personal record is erased.

Which formal self-exclusion periods apply?

The current CGA policy requires one year, three years, five years, ten years, and lifetime. The exact Betwinner signed-in labels were not independently observed, so compare the current screen with those minimum options before submitting.

Can formal self-exclusion be ended early?

No. Under the current CGA policy, it is irrevocable for the selected period. After a finite period expires, reactivation still requires the player's written request; it is not automatic.

Does self-exclusion erase personal data?

No. The CGA policy requires self-exclusion records to be retained under applicable retention rules. Account access, formal self-exclusion, marketing suppression, and personal-data erasure are different actions.

Is Betwinner licensed everywhere it is available?

The current CGA certificate shows an active Curaçao licence for Prevailer B.V. and betwinner.com. That does not establish Betwinner's legality, authorisation, or availability in every target country.
