Self-exclude from BetVictor

BetVictor's current responsible-gambling page says the self-exclusion form is the easiest route. Customer Services can also help. If you email, BetVictor asks you to write from the address registered on the account.

Choose a period from 6 months to 5 years. BetVictor says the period may be extended in one or more six-month increments, closes the account during the term, and is designed to prevent new accounts from being opened.

After the selected period ends, BetVictor requires telephone confirmation before it will operate the account again and then waits at least 24 hours so the decision can be reconsidered. Cash-out is unavailable during that reconsideration period.

The privacy notice is dated 23 March 2022. It also says erasure applies only when data is no longer required and documents lengthy retention, including longer treatment of self-exclusion records. Closure, marketing removal, self-exclusion, and a qualified privacy request are separate actions.
