Ordinary closure is not described as permanent. The current terms say an account may sometimes be reopened later. If the goal is a fixed protective block, use formal self-exclusion instead.

Personal data and licence details

The current Privacy Policy says a user may request access to or correction of personal data, and that some corrections are available through My Account. It directs privacy complaints to support. It does not publish an account-data erasure procedure or a retention period. Do not treat closure as confirmation that all personal data has been deleted.

The current Terms still contain an older licence reference. This guide relies on the active Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for the current operator and licence, not that stale clause. The certificate names 4rabet.com; it does not separately list the redirected destination domain.

Self-exclude from 4rabet

Choose a cooling-off period or formal self-exclusion

The current Responsible Gaming Policy lists two separate controls:

  • Cooling-off: 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months, for selected or all product areas.
  • Formal self-exclusion: at least 1 year, immediate once submitted through the technical control, and irreversible during the selected term.

The policy says formal self-exclusion locks the account, prevents new accounts, deposits, and betting, and requires a review before a possible return after the term expires. If the technical control is unavailable, the policy says to use support as the fallback.

Choose the protection and scope

Choose cooling-off only when one of the published shorter periods matches your intended break. Choose formal self-exclusion for a block of at least one year. Do not ask for ordinary closure when you need the fixed exclusion term.

Sign in and use 4rabet's technical Responsible Gaming control. If it is unavailable, open the official support page and ask for the current self-exclusion route. Do not send identity documents or payment details through an unverified message channel.

The responsible-gaming policy does not publish how balances, withdrawals, or open bets are handled during self-exclusion. Ask support for the process and save the answer; do not assume the ordinary-closure balance rule applies.

The current Responsible Gaming Policy says direct marketing and promotional communications stop during both cooling-off and formal self-exclusion. We did not verify a separate ordinary unsubscribe procedure or completion time.

If marketing continues after the protection starts, use the official support page, provide the protection reference, and ask support to confirm the suppression status. Necessary account, balance, security, or legal messages may be treated separately from promotional marketing.
