Use the calm current Customer Service route
The old page encouraged confrontation, legal threats, public-pressure campaigns, and universal money movement. Current Slots.lv Terms of Service support none of that. They publish a permanent gambling-problem closure route and a separate temporary cool-off route through Customer Service.
Close your Slots.lv account
Ask Customer Service for the exact closure you need
Choose permanent closure or temporary cool-off
For the permanent protection described in section 5.4 of the current terms, tell Customer Service that the closure is due to a gambling problem. For a temporary cool-off, specify the period instead.
Record funds and open items
Note any balance, pending withdrawal, wager, bonus, dispute, verification request, or account review without changing it. The reviewed terms do not publish one outcome for every item.
Contact current Customer Service
Use 24/7 live chat or email service@slots.lv from the registered address. Include one non-sensitive account identifier and state the exact action.
Keep the written outcome
Ask for the start/effective time, scope, funds and open-item outcomes, marketing effect, reopening rule, and a non-sensitive case reference.

A cautious follow-up plan and copyable templates
These are suggested follow-up intervals, not a processing-time promise from the platform. Keep the original message and any confirmation number.
- After 7 days without a reply, consider sending one follow-up.
- If there is still no response after 14 days, use the platform's official complaint channel or a regulator only where it applies to your account.

Self-exclude from Slots.lv
Permanent closure and temporary cool-off have different end conditions
Section 5.4 of the current terms describes permanent closure when a user tells Customer Service the reason is a gambling problem. Section 5.5 separately lets a user specify a temporary cool-off period. Reinstatement after the temporary period requires a written request; the terms do not publish a general early-end route.
If immediate protection is needed, request it without waiting for every balance or open item to resolve. Ask Customer Service to state the exact start time, scope, funds outcome, and end condition in writing.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop Slots.lv emails
Marketing suppression is not confirmed by the reviewed sources
Ask Customer Service to stop promotional email, SMS, calls, and other direct marketing, but do not assume closure or cool-off automatically suppresses every channel. Necessary security, transaction, withdrawal, safer-gambling, or legal messages may continue. Keep the opt-out response.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Does Slots.lv promise full personal-data deletion?
No. The reviewed terms describe account closure and cool-off, not erasure of every identity, payment, security, dispute, or compliance record. Ask the current privacy route which separate data rights apply.
Is permanent closure the same as a temporary cool-off?
No. The permanent route requires stating that closure is due to a gambling problem. A cool-off uses a user-specified period and a written reinstatement request after that period expires.
Must every balance be withdrawn before closure?
The reviewed current sources do not support a universal withdraw-first rule. Ask Customer Service what happens to the exact balance, withdrawal, wager, bonus, dispute, or review without gambling or depositing again.
