Rollbit account status and support options

Use support to clarify the exact account action

Current Rollbit Terms describe cases where Rollbit may suspend or close an account. They do not publish an ordinary user-requested closure procedure. Privacy erasure rights are separate from closing gambling, trading, and NFT access.

If ordinary closure is your goal, use Rollbit support or support@rollbit.com and ask:

  1. whether the account can be closed, deactivated, or blocked outside formal self-exclusion;
  2. what the action does to casino, sportsbook, trading, NFT, RLB, and other Rollbit features;
  3. what happens to any balance, pending withdrawal, open bet, trading position, NFT loan, bonus, or other unresolved item; and
  4. whether the action can be reversed and what reopening requires.

Keep the written response. Do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases, full payment credentials, or identity documents through ordinary chat or email. If verification is required, ask for Rollbit's secure route and why each item is needed.

The old guide's mandatory crypto and NFT transfers, zero-balance screenshots, extensive identity predictions, permanent deletion promise, fixed completion window, retention tactics, and public-pressure escalation were not supported by the current sources reviewed.

Self-exclude from Rollbit

Use account-wide self-exclusion when access needs to stop

Rollbit's current self-exclusion and account-limits article and self-service exclusion page say:

  • exclusions of up to 21 days can be set through the signed-in account page;
  • longer exclusions require support; and
  • exclusion disables the whole Rollbit account, including non-gambling features such as trading and NFTs.

The reviewed sources do not establish a permanent option, automatic reopening, early reversal, reinstatement rule, or the outcome for every balance, pending withdrawal, open bet, trading position, NFT, loan, bonus, or RLB item. Choose the protection first when access needs to stop, then ask support for the written item-by-item outcome. Do not wager, trade, deposit, borrow, or transfer assets to change the account state before exclusion.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop Rollbit emails

Object to direct marketing separately

Rollbit's current privacy policy says users may object to direct marketing through account settings or support. Turn off the available marketing controls, use a genuine message's unsubscribe link, or ask support@rollbit.com to stop gambling, trading, NFT, and token promotions.

The same policy allows personal-data erasure requests subject to legal retention. That is not a promise that Rollbit will delete the account or every record, and it should not delay self-exclusion when access needs to stop.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Can I permanently delete a Rollbit account?

No current public first-party procedure reviewed established user-initiated permanent account deletion. Ask support to name the exact account action and its reopening rule, or use the verified self-exclusion route when the goal is to stop access.

Does self-exclusion cover Rollbit trading and NFTs?

Rollbit says exclusion disables the whole account, including non-gambling features. The reviewed source does not establish the outcome for open positions, NFTs, loans, pending withdrawals, or other unresolved items, so ask support in writing without delaying the restriction.

Is Rollbit currently licensed?

Rollbit states that Bull Gaming N.V. operates the platform and presents Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1260/0494 as valid. The July 22, 2026 Curaçao Gaming Authority registry lists that licence as expired May 23, 2026 with Assessment in progress. Rollbit also states that crypto trading is outside its gaming licence, so this guide does not describe every product feature as currently licensed or regulated.
