Close your Rocketpot account

Request account closure by email

Rocketpot's current terms say an account holder may close an account by emailing support@rocketpot.io. If gambling harm or possible addiction is the reason, state that directly; the terms say Rocketpot will close the account immediately in that circumstance. This is account closure, not guaranteed deletion of personal or transaction records.

Put urgent protection before money administration

Do not delay a needed closure or exclusion to deposit, play, exchange, transfer, or withdraw. Note one non-sensitive account identifier and each existing balance, pending withdrawal, open game, promotion, or review so support can answer them in the same case.

Send the exact action and reason

Email from the registered address and ask for account closure. If gambling harm is the reason, say so plainly. Ask which Rocketpot products and related accounts the action covers and whether later access is possible.

Require an item-by-item funds answer

The terms say ordinary closure returns the balance minus withdrawal fees, using a method and timeframe Rocketpot chooses. They do not publish one outcome for every pending withdrawal, open game, promotion, or review. Ask for each result in writing and keep a non-sensitive case reference.

Use only a secure verification route

No reviewed source publishes a required verification checklist or closure deadline. Do not send a password, one-time code, wallet seed phrase, private key, full payment details, or unrequested identity documents through ordinary email. Ask support for its secure route if verification is needed.

If support does not reply

A cautious follow-up plan and copyable templates

These are suggested follow-up intervals, not a processing-time promise from the platform. Keep the original message and any confirmation number.

  • After 7 days without a reply, consider sending one follow-up.
  • If there is still no response after 14 days, use the platform's official complaint channel or a regulator only where it applies to your account.

Self-exclude from Rocketpot

Start self-exclusion and confirm when access actually stops

Rocketpot's terms and Help Center say to email support@rocketpot.io. The terms say the initial 24-hour cooling-off period disables the account when the request is received. The Help Center instead says Rocketpot sends a confirmation email to validate initiation and that access stops only once that confirmation is completed. Complete that confirmation without signing in or gambling, and check the written effective time. Do not assume the first request alone has already blocked access.

Support then offers one week, one month, six months, or permanent self-exclusion.

The terms say no response within the next 24 hours automatically reopens the account. The Help Center instead says an incomplete confirmation requires the process to be restarted. Ask support to confirm the effective time and final duration in writing. If a confirmation does not arrive or access still works, follow up through the same verified recipient and use device, payment, or network blocking while the account restriction is unresolved.

Hello Rocketpot Support, Please begin the 24-hour cooling-off period and apply Rocketpot self-exclusion to my account. Registered email or username: [One Non-Sensitive Account Identifier] Requested longer period: [1 Week / 1 Month / 6 Months / Permanent] Please confirm in writing: - whether I must complete an initiation confirmation before access stops, and send that confirmation; - the effective time of the cooling-off period and when the longer exclusion is confirmed; - every Rocketpot product and related account covered; - what happens if another confirmation is not received within 24 hours; - how each balance, pending withdrawal, open game, promotion, or review will be handled; and - whether promotional contact stops. I will not send a password, one-time code, wallet seed phrase, private key, full payment details, or unrequested identity documents through ordinary email. Thank you.

The terms say excluded users cannot log in to withdraw and should contact support about funds. They also warn that activity entered during exclusion may be forfeited. They do not publish the result for every open game or transaction that existed before exclusion. Include each unresolved item in the same request and do not delay protection to move or wager funds first.

Temporary periods automatically reopen at expiry under the terms. Permanent exclusion remains closed indefinitely. Current sources do not publish a separate early-reversal process for the longer selected periods.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop Rocketpot emails

Stop promotions separately when the account is not excluded

Rocketpot's terms say a self-exclusion request should block promotional material. For an account that is not excluded, the current privacy policy says marketing consent may be withdrawn by emailing support or using the unsubscribe control in a genuine message.

Necessary security, transaction, legal, or account-service messages may follow a different contract. Marketing suppression does not itself close the account, activate self-exclusion, or erase retained records.

Dear Rocketpot Team, Please remove me from direct gambling and promotional marketing sent by email, SMS, telephone, push notification, and post, where those channels are associated with my account. This request is separate from account closure and self-exclusion. I understand that necessary account, transaction, security, or legal notices may still be sent. Please confirm when my marketing preferences have been updated. Thank you, [Your Name]

Frequently asked questions

Can I permanently delete a Rocketpot account?

The current terms publish account closure, not guaranteed permanent deletion. The privacy policy describes qualified EEA erasure rights and several reasons records may remain.

What happens to funds after ordinary closure?

Rocketpot says it returns the balance minus withdrawal fees using a method and timeframe it chooses. No reviewed source publishes one outcome for every pending withdrawal, open game, promotion, or review, so ask item by item.

Can I withdraw while self-excluded?

The terms say excluded users cannot log in to withdraw and should contact support. Ask about the balance in the same exclusion request; do not delay a needed restriction solely to arrange a transaction first.

Does the first self-exclusion email immediately block access?

The reviewed sources conflict. The terms say the first 24-hour restriction disables the account when Rocketpot receives the request. The Help Center says access stops only after the user completes an initiation-confirmation email. Complete that confirmation without gambling, ask for the effective time in writing, and do not rely on the first email alone as proof that access stopped.

Is Rocketpot's licence status confirmed?

The current site describes a Curaçao licence and the terms reference 1668/JAZ. The official July 22, 2026 Curaçao registry returned no match for Rocketpot, Danneskjold Ventures B.V., or that number. Absence from that search does not prove no related entity holds a licence, but the site's specific claim could not be regulator-confirmed and must not be generalized to legality or availability in every location.

The closure route is useful, but the current documents conflict on exclusion activation and later confirmation, use old revision dates, and do not resolve every funds/open-item, privacy, reopening, and licence boundary. The final-200 page remains available for direct help while leaving the search index and sitemap.
