U.S. lottery courier only
This guide covers the independent Jackpot.com U.S. lottery courier, not Jackpocket, a state lottery account, older overseas Jackpot services or a separate skill-contest procedure. Its current state list identifies Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Ohio. The published minimum age is 18, except 21 in Arizona. Availability can change; these are account-help instructions, not an invitation to register.
Close your Jackpot.com account
Request closure and keep the acknowledgement
Under terms section 13, email help@jackpot.com to request closure. Jackpot says closure takes effect within seven business days after it confirms receipt of your email—not seven days after you send it. Activity remains your responsibility until closure takes effect.
Specify the account and action
Ask to close your U.S. Jackpot.com lottery account. State separately if you need self-exclusion. Do not include passwords, full payment details or identity documents in an ordinary email.
Ask about outstanding items
Ask what happens to any balance, pending withdrawal, purchased ticket, future draw or recurring order. Do not assume closure cancels an existing ticket or completes a prize claim. Do not spend the balance to close the account.
Keep both confirmations
Save the acknowledgement and final closure confirmation. If either is missing, follow up with the same support team; sending a request is not evidence that access has stopped.
The official contact page confirms this email address and around-the-clock support. Its usual reply estimate is not a closure guarantee. No current telephone contact was verified.
What happens to a remaining balance?
The banking page describes a closure refund with a $1 minimum, first to the most recently used deposit method, then to a registered withdrawal bank if needed. If neither works, the team contacts you. Ask support about a balance below $1, unresolved refunds and outstanding tickets; the refund description does not settle those outcomes. Use the official secure verification process if support needs documents, not an unsolicited upload link.
Self-exclude from Jackpot.com
Use protection separately from ordinary closure
The player-protection page describes two different restrictions:
- Temporary Pause: 24 hours to one month, with login and promotional communications stopped during the pause. The page provides help@jackpot.com for requests.
- Self-exclusion: longer periods, from three months to lifetime, with login and promotional communications stopped. This is not ordinary closure.
Terms section 16 also provides the timeout and self-exclusion facilities in My Account. Transactions, including withdrawals, are unavailable during the restriction. A timeout ends automatically; finite self-exclusion does not. Ask support about the applicable end conditions and confirm activation. No signed-in flow was tested.
Do not wait for ordinary closure if you need protection
Keep a gambling blocker enabled. If it prevents account access, email support from your email app and ask for a blocker-safe way to apply self-exclusion and how money will be handled. Email is explicitly documented for Temporary Pause; it is not a verified self-exclusion activation route. Do not delay urgent protection to finish a withdrawal or make another purchase. This guide does not establish that Jackpot's restriction covers other operators or every gambling product in your state.
You can use urgent help or international support without finishing an account request. For an additional device-level barrier, see the gambling-blocker guide.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop Jackpot.com emails
Stop promotions and keep necessary account messages
The privacy policy says to use the unsubscribe instructions in promotional emails and reply STOP to promotional texts. Service-related messages can still arrive. Its exclusion policy also describes suppressing promotions while a timeout or self-exclusion is active. If promotions continue, ask support to check the restriction and contact channel; do not assume an email opt-out closes the account.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Does closing the account delete my personal information?
Not automatically. The privacy policy provides separate deletion requests through help@jackpot.com, with identity verification. Legal, regulatory and active-exclusion records may need to remain. Ask what can be deleted and what must be retained; no complete-erasure deadline is promised here.
Is this the same as Jackpocket Casino?
No. The Jackpocket Casino guide covers a different New Jersey casino product and recipient. Check the exact service name before sending personal information. You can find other account guides in the platform directory.
