Closure is not automatic data erasure
Fairspin's current Terms support account closure through its verified support email. They do not say that closure automatically deletes every identity, payment, security, wagering, or compliance record.
Close your Fairspin account
Review the balance and pending transactions
Check the balance, pending withdrawals, and payment method before sending the request. Fairspin's current Terms say any remaining balance is subject to withdrawal limits, fees, payment-provider conditions, and KYC or other compliance checks. They do not require every reader to withdraw first.
Write from the registered email address
Send the closure request to support@fairspin.io, the address published in Fairspin's current Terms of Service.
Ask for the exact account and balance outcome
Identify the account with one non-sensitive identifier. Ask support to confirm closure, any required balance or KYC step, and the case number.

Use only a secure verification route
Fairspin may require KYC or compliance verification for balance handling. If support requests documents, confirm the official domain and use the secure upload route it provides. Never send a wallet seed phrase or private key.
No fixed completion time is published
The current Terms do not support the old response, verification, or closure timelines. Keep the original request and follow up through the same verified support channel if the case remains unresolved.
If support does not reply
A cautious follow-up plan and copyable templates
These are suggested follow-up intervals, not a processing-time promise from the platform. Keep the original message and any confirmation number.
- After 7 days without a reply, consider sending one follow-up.
- If there is still no response after 14 days, use the platform's official complaint channel or a regulator only where it applies to your account.

Self-exclude from Fairspin
Fairspin's current Terms distinguish:
- Cooling-off for two days or one week. The chosen period cannot end early.
- Self-exclusion for one month, six months, one year, or lifetime. The account is suspended immediately after the request is applied.
Request either control through support@fairspin.io. For a fixed self-exclusion, the account remains closed after the term until Fairspin approves a written reopening request and a further 72-hour period passes. Lifetime self-exclusion is a separate option and should not be treated as a temporary break.
Self-Exclusion Request
Request the exclusion period and scope you want

- Keep a copy of your sent email for your records
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop Fairspin emails
Fairspin's current Terms and privacy section document the right to object to direct marketing. Email support@fairspin.io from the registered address, ask to stop promotional communication, and keep the response. Necessary security, payment, compliance, or account messages may still be sent where permitted.
Unsubscribe Request
Request an end to promotional emails and marketing communications
This template is not pre-addressed. Use the platform’s current official contact route and confirm where this request should be sent.
- Send from the email address on your Fairspin account
- Keep a copy of your sent email for your records
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Must I withdraw cryptocurrency before asking to close?
The current Terms do not publish a universal withdraw-first prerequisite. They say a remaining balance is handled subject to withdrawal limits, fees, payment-provider rules, and KYC or compliance checks. Ask support about the specific account before confirming closure.
Is Fairspin closure the same as self-exclusion?
No. Closure, two-day or one-week cooling-off, and the four formal self-exclusion terms are distinct actions.
Can a fixed self-exclusion account reopen automatically?
No. Fairspin's current Terms say the account remains closed until a written reopening request is approved and a further 72-hour period passes.
Does closure erase Fairspin account data?
The Terms describe separate privacy rights and lawful retention. Closure alone is not a promise that every record is erased.
