32Red's current terms and conditions say a person may close an account at any time by following the instruction on the website. The public help page does not expose the exact signed-in path, and the operator publishes no closure completion time.

This guide is UK-focused. Controls, legal entity, and availability can differ outside the territories named in the current terms.

Close your 32Red account

  1. Do not place another wager. Save the balance, pending-withdrawal status, open-bet references, and any records you may need.
  2. If it is safe to do so, withdraw available cleared real-money funds before ordinary closure. Identity, payment, legal, or account reviews may still apply.
  3. Sign in and follow the current account-closure instruction shown on the website. If it is missing, use the Help control displayed for that account and ask for the current closure route.
  4. Ask how any unsettled wager or remaining balance will be handled. The reviewed terms do not establish one voluntary-closure outcome for every unsettled bet.
  5. Save the closure confirmation or reference.

Do not describe ordinary closure as guaranteed, irreversible, or complete personal-data deletion. The current terms publish no closure processing time.

Personal-data requests are separate

32Red's privacy policy describes qualified erasure and other requests through its Help Centre or privacy webform. It says a response is normally provided within one month and may be extended by two months. It also says some records may be kept for up to ten years after account closure for legal obligations.

Those are privacy-request and retention boundaries, not a promise that account closure erases every record.

Self-exclude from 32Red

32Red's current safer-gambling page documents several distinct controls:

  • Product block: 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.
  • Time Out: a temporary break of up to 6 weeks. The account automatically reactivates at the end, and 32Red says it does not send a notification.
  • 32Red self-exclusion: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years. After the term, the person must call to ask to reactivate.

Read the scope, balance instructions, and term shown before confirming. The reviewed source does not establish that a 32Red operator exclusion automatically closes separate Unibet or Bingo.com accounts.

For a wider UK block, use the reviewed GAMSTOP registration guide. GAMSTOP covers online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain. After registration is completed, GAMSTOP says the self-exclusion is generally activated within 24 hours, but activation by a specific time is not guaranteed. GAMSTOP does not automatically return withdrawable balances. It is separate from 32Red's controls.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop 32Red emails

The privacy policy says direct marketing is consent-based and describes unsubscribe or opt-out controls for marketing email. Use the current message or account preference, then save the confirmation. No processing time is published.

Necessary security, legal, or account-service messages may continue. Marketing removal is not the same as closure, self-exclusion, or a qualified privacy request.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Who currently operates 32Red?

The current terms identify Platinum Gaming Limited, Gibraltar company 114100, and treat 32Red, Unibet, and Bingo.com as separate brands. The privacy policy says Platinum Gaming is part of FDJ United. This replaces the older guide's stale Kindred ownership description.

Is 32Red licensed in Great Britain?

The UK Gambling Commission register lists Platinum Gaming Limited under account 45322 with active remote bingo, casino, general-betting, and pool-betting activities. Regulatory status does not guarantee a closure, payout, or data-erasure result.

Does 32Red self-exclusion cover every UK gambling site?

No. The reviewed 32Red page describes its account controls but does not prove automatic closure of separate group-brand accounts. GAMSTOP is the separate route for online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain.

Why is there no email address, phone number, or support schedule here?

The current public pages reviewed did not verify the older guide's exact support address, phone number, schedule, or response time. Use the Help control shown for the signed-in account.
