Delete your Sportzino account

Use the official form for permanent account deletion

Sportzino's current Privacy Policy links to its account-deletion form. The policy says the form requires the registered email address, player ID, and verified phone number. Enter those details only on the official Sportzino form; do not paste a password, one-time code, full payment details, or identity document into an ordinary support message.

Check the account state without playing again

Note the current Virtual Coin balance, pending redemption, open game or prediction, and unresolved support case. Permanent deletion forfeits all Virtual Coins left in the account. Do not buy coins or play again to reach a threshold. If protection is urgent, request the access restriction first.

Try the policy-linked form or request the secure route

If the official form opens, provide the three identifiers the Privacy Policy requires. If it does not, contact support and ask for the current secure permanent account-deletion route described in that policy. Do not send the three deletion identifiers through ordinary email unless support directs you to a secure first-party form. Sportzino says deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. It aims, rather than guarantees, to process a request within two weeks.

Keep the result and understand the 24-hour window

Save a non-sensitive record of the submission. Sportzino says loss of login access serves as its completion confirmation. Its policy permits a deletion request to be withdrawn through support only within 24 hours of submission.

Ordinary closure is a separate support action

For ordinary closure instead of permanent deletion, open the official support portal and select Close my account, or email support@sportzino.com. The current terms do not publish a closure-completion time, an ordinary reopening rule, or one outcome for open games, bonuses, or unresolved support cases.

Current Sweeps Rules give a user seven days after requesting closure to withdraw an eligible remaining balance and say a balance left when the account closes is forfeited. They retain the minimum-redemption and verification conditions. Do not make another purchase or play again to meet a threshold, and do not delay an urgent restriction solely for a redemption.

Deletion does not guarantee erasure of every record

The Privacy Policy says some information may remain for legal, accounting, reporting, operational, investigation, dispute, or litigation reasons. It says information is destroyed or permanently de-identified only when it is no longer needed and no law, regulator, or court requires retention.

Self-exclude from Sportzino

Choose a 2-to-30-day time-out or longer self-exclusion

The current Player Safety support article directs both requests through the support portal:

  • For a time-out, choose Player Safety Policy → Taking A break. The published range is two to thirty days. It cannot be reversed after approval, and access returns automatically when the selected period ends.
  • For self-exclusion, choose Player Safety Policy → Self Exclusion and complete the signed form. The minimum is six months, no maximum is published, and a confirmed term cannot be cancelled or changed.

Sportzino says an indefinite self-exclusion may be considered for reactivation only after at least six months, followed by at least a one-week cooling-off period. “Indefinite” therefore should not be described as guaranteed permanent exclusion. Current material does not publish one balance, redemption, open-item, or bonus outcome for self-exclusion; ask for the account-specific result without delaying the access block.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop Sportzino emails

Stop each marketing channel separately

The current Privacy Policy says to use an Unsubscribe link for marketing email and reply STOP to promotional SMS. The current terms also allow a marketing opt-out through support@sportzino.com. A confirmed self-exclusion separately stops marketing email and text for the exclusion term.

Necessary account, deletion, balance, security, privacy, or legal messages may follow a different contract. Ordinary closure is not documented as an automatic opt-out from every communication.

Is Sportzino account deletion the same as closure?

No. Permanent deletion uses the form linked from the Privacy Policy and is described as irreversible. Ordinary closure uses the support portal or support email. Privacy-record retention remains a separate issue.
