Do not equate indefinite exclusion with permanent closure
SpinPals' help article and newer policy describe indefinite exclusion differently. The permanent closure procedure below is separately verified. Independent help is available before you finish the task.
Close your SpinPals account
Use the permanent account-closure control
The official closure article, updated March 3, 2026, gives Menu → Account → Delete Account. Enter Delete and select Submit only when you intend the permanent account action. Keep confirmation privately. The article also provides self-exclusion@spinpals.com as an assistance route.
Although the interface says Delete Account, do not interpret that as an immediate purge of every personal, financial or legal record. This guide confirms the account action, not a universal data-erasure deadline.
Check coins and pending redemptions first
The Terms of Service say ordinary closure ends continued access to Virtual Coins. Ask support about eligible redemption and the status of any pending request before confirming closure. Do not assume every type of coin is cash or that a rule about exclusion also governs ordinary closure.
You do not need to buy more coins, play a balance down or deposit money to request protection. If opening the app creates risk, contact support directly and explain both the protection need and unresolved items. No payout or processing deadline is promised here.

Ask which current exclusion rule will apply
The self-exclusion help article calls indefinite exclusion permanent, but the newer Responsible Social Gameplay policy allows a later reactivation process and separately describes irreversible permanent closure through the exclusion email with confirmation.
Because those descriptions conflict, this guide does not promise that an “indefinite” choice can never reopen. Ask support for the precise restriction, applicable policy and written confirmation. If your intent is irreversible closure, say so explicitly rather than selecting an ambiguous label.
The help article also gives separate Sweeps Coin expiry and pending- redemption rules during exclusion. Confirm your existing items under the current policy; do not import those rules into ordinary deletion.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Frequently asked questions
Will every message stop?
The exclusion materials address marketing during exclusion, but a complete ordinary-closure messaging outcome is not established here. Ask support about promotional suppression and retain important account correspondence.
Does this establish legal availability everywhere?
No. This is an exit guide for an existing account, not a recommendation or nationwide legality statement. For other services, use the platform directory. If you receive an unsolicited paid “recovery” offer, check our fraud-response guide.
