Current RealPrize documents conflict on coins and prizes
RealPrize's current Terms say all Virtual Coins are forfeited on closure or suspension and have no cash value. Its separate Prize and Payment Rules say an eligible holder of Redeemable Sweep Coins may obtain a Sweep Prize. The responsible-gaming policy then cites sections that do not exist in the current Terms while discussing reasonable redemption efforts.
Do not purchase, play, or cancel or start a redemption solely to prepare the account. If safety is not urgent, ask support for a written answer about an already eligible or pending item before closure. No current source guarantees redemption after closure.
Closure is not guaranteed deletion or self-exclusion
RealPrize publishes account closure, time-outs, fixed or indefinite self- exclusion, marketing choices, and qualified privacy-data deletion as separate actions. Use the protection control first if access needs to stop now.
Close your RealPrize Casino account
Ask current RealPrize support to close the account
Section 4.12 of RealPrize's current Terms of Use and Service Agreement says a customer may contact support to close an account. The current official support article publishes support@realprize.com and the support request form. Neither source promises permanent deletion or a closure completion time.
Record unresolved items without playing
Note the visible Gold Coin and Redeemable Sweep Coin balances, eligible or pending prize, promotion, purchase, and unresolved support case. Do not purchase, play, or change a redemption solely to alter the account state.
Ask about an eligible or pending prize
If safety permits, request an account-specific written outcome before closure. Current documents conflict, and none guarantees redemption after closure. Use self-exclusion first when delay could undermine protection.
Send a minimal closure request
Use the registered email and one non-sensitive identifier. Do not send a password, one-time code, full payment details, transaction history, or an unrequested identity document through ordinary email.
Keep the final result
Save the effective date, a non-sensitive case reference, the written outcome for each open item, and whether reopening is possible for this account. No public ordinary-closure rule answers that reopening question.
Account Closure Request
Adapt this request to the options the platform currently offers
Send to: support@realprize.com · official source
- Use the registered email account and include only one non-sensitive RealPrize identifier
- Keep a copy of your sent email for your records
Closure is separate from qualified privacy deletion
RealPrize's current Privacy Policy describes jurisdiction- dependent deletion rights. RealPrize may verify identity and may retain data where an exception or legal need applies. It does not publish one fixed retention period. Use the first-party privacy route it provides if erasure is also wanted; do not attach identity documents to the prefilled closure email.
If support does not reply
A cautious follow-up plan and copyable templates
These are suggested follow-up intervals, not a processing-time promise from the platform. Keep the original message and any confirmation number.
- After 7 days without a reply, consider sending one follow-up.
- If there is still no response after 14 days, use the platform's official complaint channel or a regulator only where it applies to your account.

Self-exclude from RealPrize Casino
Choose a short time-out or a longer self-exclusion
RealPrize's current Responsible Social Gaming Policy directs requests to support@realprize.com:
- A time-out can last 1, 3, 7, or 14 days. Purchase and gameplay are disabled, and the restriction ends automatically.
- Self-exclusion can last 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinitely. Purchase and gameplay are disabled, while login remains available for account information.
The policy allows a reactivation request during self-exclusion. Approval is discretionary; if approved, a 48-hour cooling-off period follows. This means RealPrize self-exclusion should not be described as irreversible or as the same thing as permanent account closure.
The current policy does not establish one outcome for every balance or pending prize during protection. Request the restriction first when delaying it could undermine safety. RealPrize also says affiliated brands operate independently and have no obligation to share account, data, or activity, so take separate action on every brand you use.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop RealPrize Casino emails
Stop RealPrize marketing separately
Email support@realprize.com, use a marketing email's unsubscribe control, or reply STOP to promotional SMS. The responsible-gaming policy says self- exclusion also unsubscribes the account from marketing.
Necessary service, security, privacy, and responsible-gaming messages may continue. Advertising outside RealPrize may need separate device, social-media, or advertising controls.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Does RealPrize close or permanently delete the account?
The current Terms document account closure. They do not promise permanent account deletion, a completion time, or one ordinary-closure reopening rule. Qualified privacy-data deletion is a separate request.
Do RealPrize Sweep Coins have cash value?
Do not describe every coin as cash. The Terms say Virtual Coins have no cash value, while the Prize and Payment Rules describe eligible Redeemable Sweep Coins that may obtain Sweep Prizes. Current documents do not guarantee a redemption after closure.
Can a RealPrize self-exclusion be lifted early?
A request can be made, but approval is discretionary. If approved, the current policy adds a 48-hour cooling-off period. This is not a guaranteed reopening or an irreversible fixed-term block.
Does RealPrize self-exclusion cover affiliated brands?
No cross-brand result is promised. Current terms say affiliated brands operate independently and have no obligation to share account, data, or activity. Use separate controls for every brand you use.
Where is RealPrize available?
The current Terms describe a United States service with excluded states, and the promotional rules apply a narrower state list to sweepstakes participation. Those lists are not a legal or licensing conclusion and can change. Check the current Terms and Prize and Payment Rules for the action and location involved.
