Close your NH iLottery account

Ask Player Support to close the account

Call 1-866-204-6954, choose option 6, and request closure. The official closure page lists Player Support hours as 8 AM–midnight ET every day. It says voluntary closure cannot be reversed and the same person cannot open another account. Closure completion has no guaranteed deadline.

Stop subscription renewals if you can access the account

Under My Account, open Subscriptions in the Draw Games menu, choose Cancel Subscription, then Yes, Cancel My Subscription. The cancellation instructions say purchased draws continue to the end of the two-week cycle, but the next renewal is stopped. If you cannot sign in, ask support to confirm the subscription status. Do not delay protection to complete this step.

Request closure without further play

Say you want the account closed, even if money or future draws remain. The closure page permits disablement when someone declines to use the balance or wait for draws, with written notice of what remains. Do not gamble more to try to recover a deposit. Ask how eligible money and later prizes will be handled; no payout, refund or forfeiture is promised here.

Keep confirmation privately

Ask for confirmation of the account status, stopped renewals and any unresolved money or ticket arrangements. Support may verify your identity. Never send a password or full payment details; request an official secure verification route if documents are needed.

Deposits and prizes are different

The published purchase terms generally make deposits non-withdrawable, while prizes have separate withdrawal rules. Their operator-termination refund language does not establish what happens to every balance after your own closure request. Confirm your situation with support rather than assuming an automatic refund.

For subscriptions specifically, the disabled-account and exclusion FAQ says existing draws finish the current two-week purchase cycle without another purchase. That does not settle access to later winnings after closure or the handling of every one-off future ticket.

Self-exclude from NH iLottery

Choose self-exclusion if that is the protection you need

The official self-exclusion guide documents My Account → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion. Select one, three or six months, submit, and confirm. The selected term cannot be shortened. Existing My603Rewards drawing entries during that term are ineligible to win, and their points are not refunded.

The purchase terms also provide permanent exclusion through responsible-gaming tools or support. Ask Player Support for permanent exclusion; the published settings guide does not show a permanent option. Fixed-term return is not automatic under those terms, but an exact reactivation procedure is not documented here. Permanent exclusion is not a temporary break.

The account-access explanation states that exclusion prevents sign-in, ticket scanning, My603Rewards activity and Second Chance entries. Do not assume it also blocks retail purchases, sports betting or every New Hampshire gambling account. Ask support about eligible money while access is blocked; withdrawal access during exclusion is not confirmed. Do not postpone protection while resolving money questions.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop NH iLottery emails

Turn off updates and offers

Open My Account → Tools → Preferences, clear the updates-and-offers email checkbox, and choose Save, following the notification-preferences guide. No exact suppression time or promise to stop every operational message is published there. If account access is blocked, ask support about unwanted marketing without requesting reactivation. No sender-domain filter is assumed.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to my personal information?

Closure is not deletion. The closure page says account records may need to be retained under New Hampshire public-records requirements. It does not give a whole-account erasure deadline. Ask about retention separately from closure.

Does an abandoned-account rule determine my closure outcome?

No. The closed-account money FAQ is specifically about abandoned accounts and transfer to state unclaimed property. It is not a promise about money after voluntary closure. Do not leave an unwanted account open to rely on an inactivity process.

Where can I get independent help?

Our US support page, international directory and US gambling-treatment guide are separate from the Lottery. You do not need to finish an account task first.
