Terminate your FanDuel Predicts account

Terminate the agreement by written notice

Section 26 of the Futures Customer Agreement allows the customer to terminate after paying obligations by giving written notice to the firm. This terminates the agreement; the clause does not promise automatic account closure, disabled access or erasure of personal data.

Check outstanding items

Keep a private record of positions, unfilled orders, available cash, pending transfers and any charges. Ask Predicts support to explain the outcome for each before proceeding. No universal withdrawal deadline or customer-initiated position-handling sequence was verified.

Contact the Predicts support category

Open official Customer Service and select FanDuel Predicts. The category is documented in the Predicts arbitration agreement. Ask which channel accepts the written termination notice. The support page could not be loaded during this review, so no signed-in menu or ordinary closure email is claimed. If it will not load, the reviewed sources do not provide a verified alternative notice-delivery channel.

Send the product-specific notice

After resolving the payment obligations, state that you want to terminate your FanDuel Predicts account agreement with FanDuel Prediction Markets LLC through the channel support confirms. Request acknowledgement and the effective termination date and resulting account status. Do not send passwords, full payment details or identity documents in an ordinary message.

Keep the confirmation

Check that it identifies Predicts, confirms whether access is disabled, and answers the remaining cash and position questions. A completion time and reopening procedure are not published in the reviewed agreement.

The agreement separately describes what the firm may do when it terminates an account. Those liquidation or transfer provisions are not a guaranteed outcome for your own request.

If access feels unsafe, ask for protection now

The official launch notice announces self-exclusion and deposit controls. The current product page points to Consumer Protection tools. A current self-exclusion menu, duration, activation time, early-removal rule and effect on other FanDuel products were not verified. Ask Predicts support to confirm the available restriction and its consequences for positions and cash.

Do not delay asking for protection just to trade. You can also reach urgent support or find help outside the US without completing an account request.

Stop marketing separately

The Predicts privacy notice says to follow an email's opt-out or unsubscribe instructions. Required automated notices, such as order confirmations, may continue. Account closure is not an all-channel marketing opt-out.

Is this account deletion?

No. The verified action terminates the Predicts customer agreement. It does not guarantee account closure or erasure of retained records.

Will support reopen the account later?

The reviewed agreement does not give a reopening procedure. Ask support what termination means for account access; do not assume it creates a permanent gambling self-exclusion.
