This is a peer-to-peer marketplace account
The current BettorEdge terms identify Trifecta Sports LLC doing business as BettorEdge. Its official availability page says the marketplace is offered in 48 states except Arizona and Louisiana. That is the platform's availability statement, not a claim that the product has the same licence or legal classification in every state.
Remaining cash and credits are forfeited at termination
The current terms say any cash and credits left when the account is terminated are forfeited. When it is safe to wait, withdraw all currently withdrawable cash and ask support for the written result of every open market, competition, pending transfer, prize, or non-withdrawable credit before ordinary deletion. Do not deposit, enter another competition, or place another prediction to prepare the account.
Terminate your BettorEdge account
Terminate the BettorEdge account through Customer Service
Record available funds and open items
Note the visible cash, credits, linked-bank transfer, open market, competition, and pending item. Keep only the minimum non-sensitive account reference needed to follow up.
Withdraw what is currently available
Transfer currently withdrawable cash to the linked bank when it is safe to do so. BettorEdge may require identity verification for cash or prize withdrawals. Use only the official secure route for requested documents.
Get open-item treatment in writing
The terms do not publish one result for unsettled markets, competitions, pending transfers, or non-withdrawable credits. Ask Customer Service what happens to each item before ordinary termination.
Send the deletion request
Email support@bettoredge.com or use the official form. The terms ask for the account holder's name, username, registered email, and phone number and allow identity verification. Never send a password, one-time code, or full payment details.
Keep the confirmation
Valid deletion requests are processed in scheduled batches, but no batch interval is published. Ask for a case number, effective date, and written confirmation. A terminated account cannot be recovered under the current terms.

Self-exclude from BettorEdge
Ask support for prioritized self-exclusion
The current responsible-gaming page and terms direct self-exclusion requests to support@bettoredge.com. BettorEdge says these requests are prioritized and expedited. State plainly that you want self-exclusion and ask support to confirm when it takes effect and what account and product access it blocks.
The reviewed sources do not publish the exclusion duration, early-removal or reopening rule, treatment of available cash and credits, result for open markets or competitions, or whether the restriction covers another account. If protection is urgent, request self-exclusion first and ask support to record the money and open-item outcome without delaying the restriction. Do not apply the ordinary-termination forfeiture wording to self-exclusion unless support confirms it for the account.
What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)
It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.
Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.
Stop BettorEdge emails
Ask support to stop marketing email, text, push, and telephone messages as a separate preference, and use an unsubscribe link when a message provides one. The reviewed sources do not publish one dependable account-wide control or say that ordinary termination or self-exclusion automatically stops every marketing channel.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Is BettorEdge account deletion reversible?
The terms say a terminated account cannot be recovered. A person who returns would need to create a new account under the terms then in effect. The sources do not publish the separate rule for ending self-exclusion.
When will the deletion request be processed?
BettorEdge says valid requests are processed in scheduled batches but does not publish the batch interval. Its privacy policy's separate response timeline is not a promise for account termination.
What happens to open markets or competitions?
No single outcome is published in the reviewed sources. Get the result in writing before ordinary termination when it is safe to wait; urgent protection can take priority over completing that ordinary account process.
Does termination erase every personal record?
No. The privacy policy describes separate privacy rights and retention duties. Account termination does not guarantee immediate erasure of every record.
