Send the permanent deletion request

Papaya's account-deletion instructions link to an official form. This is a request to support, not a verified instant in-app deletion button.

1. Open the Papaya account-deletion form.
2. Enter your account email, a clear deletion subject and Bingo Cash as the game. In the description, say that you want permanent account deletion.
3. Check optional fields before sharing more. The form marks the deletion reason, nickname, platform and attachments as optional. Do not send passwords or payment credentials, and do not share account information with this site.
4. Keep any receipt or request reference privately and ask Papaya to confirm when the requested action has been completed. A receipt is not proof of deletion.

Papaya says a deleted account cannot be restored. Its published form does not give a guaranteed completion deadline. If the form fails, contact support@papaya.com, the address shown on the same official help page.

Handle the balance question before closure

The Bingo Cash withdrawal guide gives menu → Account → Withdraw. Review the eligible amount, fees and confirmation shown in your app. If a withdrawal is pending or unavailable, ask support what happens to it before final account closure.

Bonus Cash rules and location-specific withdrawal rules differ. A withdrawal can remove Bonus Cash, and the displayed balance is not necessarily all withdrawable. Do not play more to try to unlock it.

Published help and terms give different withdrawal timing. We do not promise a payout or deletion date. Ask support to handle unresolved money separately from urgent access protection.

UK-only protection: request it separately

Papaya's UK Responsible Play Policy applies only to people registering and using its services from the United Kingdom. It describes an email self-exclusion request to support@papaya.com, with a minimum three-month period. It says reopening cannot occur before that minimum and requires a further seven-day delay after a written reinstatement request; expiry is not automatic reopening.

The policy asks for your name, residential address and email to identify the account. Read the official requirements and send information only to Papaya's verified channel, never to Guarding Gamblers. Ask how pending funds will be handled without returning to play.

We have not verified the same procedure outside the UK. Ask support which access restriction applies to your account. Neither ordinary deletion nor this operator policy establishes protection across unrelated apps or a national self-exclusion register.
