Close your Chanced Casino account

Close the account through support

Chanced's current Terms say a customer may ask to close an account at any time by writing to help@chanced.com. The terms do not publish a completion time. They say a closed customer may request reopening, but Support and Compliance decide whether to approve it.

Record unresolved items without playing

Note the visible Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances, unredeemed prize, pending redemption, and unresolved support case. Do not buy coins, play, cancel a redemption, or start a new redemption solely to prepare for closure.

Ask about each item before closure

If safety is not urgent, ask what will happen to each pending item. The terms allow a person with a prize in an already closed or suspended account to contact support, but explicitly do not grant a right to redemption.

Send a minimal closure request

Use the registered email address and one non-sensitive account identifier. Do not send a password, one-time code, full payment details, or an unrequested identity document through ordinary email.

Save the account-specific result

Keep the effective date, a non-sensitive case reference, the answer for each pending item, and whether reopening remains available. No support- closure processing time is published.

Hello Chanced Support, Please close my Chanced account. Registered email or username: [One Non-Sensitive Account Identifier] Please confirm: - the effective closure date and a non-sensitive case reference; - what happens to the Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, unredeemed prize, pending redemption, and unresolved support case currently shown in my account; - whether this ordinary closure can later be reviewed for reopening; and - whether I need separate responsible-gameplay, marketing, or privacy requests. I will not send a password, one-time code, full payment details, or unrequested identity documents through ordinary email. Thank you.

The signed-in deletion control has a separate countdown

Chanced's current Privacy Policy links a signed-in deletion control. It says deletion completes within 30 days if the flow is not interrupted. Logging in during that period stops deletion and resets the countdown. Live support becomes unavailable after initiation, while help@chanced.com remains available.

The privacy document calls this action deletion, while the Terms call their support action closure and describe reopening review. The current sources do not establish whether a fully completed 30-day deletion can be reopened. Do not use the signed-in control if you expect to log in again during the countdown.

Account action is not guaranteed erasure of every record

Privacy deletion is a separate qualified right. Chanced says legal obligations and other permitted purposes may require retention, and it publishes no single numeric retention period. If identity verification is required, use the secure first-party route Chanced provides rather than attaching documents to a prefilled email.

Self-exclude from Chanced Casino

Use a definite break or indefinite self-exclusion

The current Responsible Gameplay Policy directs both actions through Contact Us → Responsible Gameplay Options:

  • Taking a break creates a definite exclusion and automatically restores access when the selected period ends. Exact selectable periods are not published. The policy also describes a possible reduction after five days and says revocation is subject to a seven-day lapse. It does not clearly explain how those periods interact, so this is not a guaranteed irreversible fixed-term block.
  • Indefinite Self-Exclusion has no selected end date. Reopening requires a written request to help@chanced.com, followed by a three-month wait.

During an active exclusion, Chanced says play and purchases are blocked and its marketing stops. Exposure through social media requires separate action. The policy does not establish one outcome for a pending redemption or unresolved support case; request the restriction first when delay could undermine safety.

This exclusion covers Chanced, not Punt or another platform. Use the maintained United States self-exclusion directory for broader programs.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop Chanced Casino emails

Stop Chanced marketing separately

Use the unsubscribe control in a Chanced marketing message or contact help@chanced.com. Current policy also says active self-exclusion stops Chanced marketing. Social-media advertising and messages from another platform may require separate controls.

Necessary account, security, prize, privacy, or legal messages may follow a different contract. Ordinary closure is not documented as an automatic stop to every communication.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Is Chanced support closure the same as signed-in deletion?

No. Support closure is described in the Terms and may be reviewed for reopening. The Privacy Policy's signed-in deletion flow has a 30-day countdown that resets on login. Current sources do not say whether completed signed-in deletion can be reopened.

What happens to coins and unredeemed prizes?

The Terms say closure forfeits continued access to and benefit from Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, and unredeemed prizes. They do not guarantee a pending redemption after closure. Do not buy or play again solely to change the balance.

Can a definite Chanced exclusion end early?

The current policy permits changes after waiting periods, so it should not be described as an irreversible fixed lock. An indefinite exclusion has a separate reopening request and three-month wait.

Does Chanced closure or exclusion cover Punt?

No cross-platform result is published. Punt is a separate platform under its own terms and responsible-gameplay policy, which says to exclude separately on other platforms.

Where is Chanced available?

Chanced describes a United States service subject to excluded territories, but its current public Terms expose an unresolved state-list placeholder. Check the current signed-in eligibility rules for your location; this guide does not reproduce an older state list as current.
