This guide is for an existing Betstamp tracker and social account, not an invitation to register or a sportsbook-closure guide. The Terms identify Betstamp Inc., operating as Cashew Tech. Public procedures were checked on October 29, 2026; no signed-in app process was tested. The Terms and Privacy Policy both display June 18, 2026 as their update date. This is not a statement about availability or legal rights in every location.

The Privacy Policy gives an email request route, distinct from app deactivation:

Use the cancellation section below if you already pay for Pro. Keep the billing confirmation separate; do not assume deleting or deactivating the tracker cancels a subscription.

Send the deletion request to the published address

Ask for deletion of your existing Betstamp account and associated data at contact@betstamp.app, the address specified in the policy. Use an account-linked contact method if accessible; otherwise ask for a secure ownership-verification route. Do not create another account.

Ask how to confirm completion

Keep the response and ask what was deleted, what remains and when the request is completed. The policy states a confirmation response within 21 days, not completed deletion within 21 days. A sent request is not proof that the account or all records have been removed.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, sportsbook credentials, identity documents, full payment details or gambling history in ordinary email or to Guarding Gamblers. No deletion-completion deadline, support opening hours or reopening procedure was verified. If access is blocked, leave your blocker enabled and use the published contact route without opening operator pages.

Deactivate the app account without assuming deletion

The Privacy Policy documents Edit profile → Deactivate account in the existing app. This is not the separate deletion request above. If the screen differs or you cannot safely reach it, ask support rather than follow guessed menus.

Deactivation does not establish that personal information has been erased. The policy says Betstamp may retain and use the email address for promotional messages after deactivation. Do not assume deactivation stops marketing, cancels Pro or prevents a future account; reactivation rules were not verified.

Cancel an existing Betstamp Pro subscription separately

The Terms say Pro renews automatically unless cancellation is communicated before the scheduled charge. They document account settings → Subscription, or contacting Customer Service, as cancellation routes. The same Terms give contact@betstamp.app for platform questions. If the menu is unavailable, ask that contact to confirm the correct cancellation process for your plan.

The stated policy keeps access through the current billing cycle and does not refund previously paid fees for ordinary cancellation. That is the provider's policy, not a determination of your individual legal rights. Keep cancellation confirmation and check the next renewal status. No precise cutoff time, final confirmation screen or payment-processor cancellation route was verified; do not infer one from a payment logo.

Betstamp self-exclusion status

Tracker deletion is not sportsbook self-exclusion

The Terms say Betstamp does not accept real-money wagers. Its accounting tutorial and transactions tutorial describe records across separate sportsbook accounts. A tracked balance is not evidence that Betstamp holds those sportsbook funds.

Do not treat deleting this tracker as closing an underlying sportsbook, settling an open bet or cancelling a transaction there. Use the platform directory for separate account-action guidance. If you have unresolved paid-service or seller-account questions, ask Betstamp how those are handled; no payout or pending-transaction outcome was verified.

No Betstamp timeout, formal self-exclusion period or permanent future-account block was verified. The blocker comparison covers an independent barrier, not a guarantee that every app is blocked. Do not place another bet or deposit to check protection.

Stop Betstamp emails

Stop promotional messages and push notifications

The Privacy Policy directs users to unsubscribe prompts in promotional materials. Administrative and transactional messages are treated separately. Turn off app push notifications in the mobile device's settings. No suppression deadline or verified sender-domain filter was established.

Muting alerts is not deletion, paid-plan cancellation or sportsbook protection. Because deactivation can leave marketing active, check the promotional opt-out separately rather than assume the app action handled it.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Will deletion remove every post and imported record?

The Privacy Policy allows required statutory retention and warns that public posts may be redistributed outside the app indefinitely. The Terms also restrict deletion of verified tracked predictions. Their effect after an account-deletion request is not explained. Ask what remains; do not expect every copy to disappear.

No current disconnect procedure or complete imported-data deletion outcome was verified. Do not reconnect a sportsbook to test it. Making a profile private only changes visibility, not account deletion or billing.

Can I get support without finishing the account task?

Yes. Urgent help and international support do not require Betstamp access, a deletion request or a disclosure of your gambling history to this site.
