To stop Pickswise emails, use the unsubscribe control in an existing marketing message. To turn off Pickswise app notifications, use your phone's settings for that app. These are separate actions: neither proves that a paid package is cancelled or your account and stored data are deleted.

Turn off Pickswise alerts on iPhone

Use Apple's per-app notification instructions:

1. Open Settings, then Apps.
2. Select Pickswise.
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Turn Allow Notifications off.

Apple notes that an absent Notifications option can mean the app cannot send notifications. This is a phone setting, not a newly verified Pickswise in-app menu. Change only this app's alerts; you do not need to silence your whole phone or emergency alerts.

Turn off Pickswise alerts on Android

Follow Google's Android notification instructions:

1. Open Settings, then Notifications, then App notifications.
2. Find Pickswise; choose All apps if needed to see it.
3. Turn notifications off for that app.

Names and layout vary by phone. These controls stop this app's notifications on that device; they do not unsubscribe email, cancel a purchase or delete an account. Repeat the relevant per-app change on another device if needed.

If you also want your data deleted

The website privacy policy allows requests to delete information, but the Google Play listing's developer-supplied Data safety section says “Data can't be deleted.” These statements conflict; neither is a verified ordinary account-deletion procedure. No ordinary Pickswise account-closure menu was verified.

The website policy names Intellr Inc, while Google Play names Spotlight Sports Group. Do not assume that the website and app have an identical deletion process. Use the live policy's own privacy-contact control; its email address was masked in the public reader and is not guessed here. Its published postal alternative is Consumer Queries, Floor 7, Vivo Building, South Bank Central, 30 Stamford Street, London, SE1 9LS.

Google Play separately lists contact@pickswise.com for general app support, not a verified privacy-deletion recipient or guaranteed erasure route. A sent request is not confirmation. No account-specific retention period, deletion deadline or complete-erasure outcome was verified. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or unnecessary crisis disclosures.

Check a separate paid package

Pickswise has advertised a paid package through DubClub. That campaign's FAQ directs management and cancellation to the DubClub dashboard; it is not proof that a current package is available or that every purchase renews.

Check your own receipt and actual biller. If it is DubClub, use our DubClub cancellation guide. Stopping Pickswise emails or app alerts is not evidence that a separately paid package has ended. Do not buy another package to find a cancellation control, and do not assume cancellation guarantees a refund.

Keep account protection separate

No formal Pickswise self-exclusion or connected-account unlinking process was verified. Removing the app from a phone is not proof of remote account or data deletion, and does not establish cancellation of a separate purchase.
