Cancel DubClub Subscriptions and Stop Renewals

To stop a DubClub website subscription, open Account settings → Manage subscriptions, select the subscription, choose Cancel subscription and confirm Yes, cancel. Apple-billed Community Access has a separate route. Cancelling renewal is not account deletion, a refund or sportsbook self-exclusion.

This guide is for an existing Subscriber account with DubClub, Inc., not a creator/Partner payout account. Its Terms describe a US, adult-facing sports-content service, not a sportsbook. Official public instructions were checked October 29, 2026; we have not tested signed-in screens. Use the correct existing account, not a new registration.

Cancel each website subscription

The current cancellation instructions and subscription-management steps describe this website route:

The renewal-date help page shows a Renews/Expires date and time for each subscription, localized to your location. The confirmation guidance also identifies a cancellation-confirmation email.

The Terms use Do Not Renew and save wording and require the change at least one calendar day before the trial or subscription expires. Do not rely on last-minute cancellation. The help center says cancelled website subscriptions retain access until their current expiration; that does not require you to keep reading posts.

Check Apple-billed Community Access separately

If your receipt identifies Community Access, DubClub's Community Access cancellation page describes a separate Apple in-app subscription:

1. On the iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
2. Select Community Access → Cancel Subscription.
3. Check its cancellation or expiration status separately from website subscriptions.

Use Apple's current cancellation help if you cannot find it. Identify the actual biller from an existing receipt; do not assume every DubClub charge uses Apple. No Google Play cancellation route for Community Access was verified. Removing the app or muting alerts is not a substitute for cancelling the relevant renewal.

If access is blocked or you need help cancelling

The cancellation help page lists support@dubclub.zendesk.com for help unsubscribing. The current contact page also links an official request form. No support hours or response deadline were verified.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, identity documents or betting history to Guarding Gamblers or in an ordinary support email. Keep receipts and confirmations privately; do not paste them into this site.

DubBucks are not a recurring subscription

DubBucks (DBX) are in-app content credits, not a cash balance. The Terms say DBX purchases do not auto-renew and are separate from subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription does not establish a DBX refund. Do not spend credits or buy more content to resolve a billing or closure question.

Previous charges and refund questions

Stopping renewal does not reverse a charge already processed. The Refund Policy describes sales as final, with discretionary exceptions. Its wording is broader than the current Terms, which include a limited seven-day exception for lifetime subscriptions only if no Partner content was accessed. Lifetime purchases do not auto-renew. Ask support which current rule applies; this guide does not promise a refund.

For a DBX purchase, the Terms direct purchase-price refund requests to the Apple or Google store that processed it. Follow the appropriate Apple refund guidance or Google Play refund policy for an existing purchase. Eligibility varies; an application is not approval. Do not treat a subscription refund, DBX credit adjustment and store refund as the same outcome.

Account closure, privacy and gambling protection are separate

The DBX account-termination clause in the Terms says closure is requested through the platform and takes effect after 30 days, with remaining DBX forfeited. No exact account-closure menu or closure-specific recipient was verified. Ask current support to locate the control and explain the consequences without buying or consuming content. Do not assume closure cancels every subscription; verify renewal cancellation separately.

The Privacy Policy makes data-deletion rights subject to applicable law and verification, and describes retention for legal, dispute, audit and business purposes. Use its Contact Us section for a separate privacy request. General cancellation support is not a verified privacy-request recipient, and closure is not a promise of complete erasure.

No DubClub formal self-exclusion period or permanent future-account block was verified. Cancelling a content subscription does not close or self-exclude a separate sportsbook account. Find that service's guide in the platform directory. Independent blocking tools are another option; coverage of every app is not guaranteed.

Stop alerts without confusing them with cancellation

The notification instructions say to select each subscription, open Notifications and turn unwanted channels off. Push preferences can also be managed through the app or the device's notification settings; that does not cancel billing.

The Privacy Policy gives a footer unsubscribe link for unwanted marketing emails and message instructions such as STOP for texts. Transaction and service communications may continue. Muting a channel is not proof of cancelled billing or account closure; check each subscription's renewal status separately.

If you are a Partner/creator, these subscriber steps do not establish your account-closure or payout process. Ask support about that separate contract and any outstanding amounts; no payout timing or guarantee is made here.
