Use the privacy form, not an old support address
PLAYSTUDIOS directs account and data deletion through its official privacy request form. Disconnecting Facebook, uninstalling POP! Slots, or disabling notifications does not complete that request.

Request account and data deletion
- Open the PLAYSTUDIOS privacy-rights form.
- Select the account/data deletion option and identify POP! Slots only as the form requires.
- Complete any identity-verification step through the official form.
- Save the submission confirmation.
The PLAYSTUDIOS Privacy Notice says processing makes the account inaccessible and deletes, anonymizes, or puts personal data beyond use, subject to retention exceptions. Virtual currency, progress, and loyalty points associated with the account can be lost.
PLAYSTUDIOS does not publish one guaranteed completion time for every deletion request. Use the POP! Slots support portal for current product help. Its support information page says support is available seven days a week and does not offer phone support.

No current POP! Slots page reviewed for this update documented a formal, time-locked self-exclusion workflow. Do not apply instructions published for a different PLAYSTUDIOS product to POP! Slots. If access blocking is the priority, ask the current in-game or official portal support team whether a POP-specific restriction is available, and keep its terms in writing.

Use the unsubscribe instruction in a PLAYSTUDIOS marketing email. The Privacy Notice says the request can take up to 10 business days to process and that service-related messages may continue. Disable device notifications separately in the phone or tablet's operating-system settings.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Does disconnecting Facebook delete POP! Slots?
