Close every open position

Polymarket will not allow deletion while the account still holds positions or tokens. Review the Portfolio and close each open position before continuing. If a position cannot yet be cleared, use official support rather than assuming deletion is available.

Withdraw every remaining token

Follow Polymarket's official withdrawal instructions to choose the destination, token, amount, and network, then confirm the transfer. Check the account again before deletion; the official deletion guide requires it to hold no positions or tokens.

Delete the account in Settings

Open the international product's Account Settings, select the account-deletion control, and confirm. Polymarket's official account-deletion guide explains the prerequisites and the limits of deleting blockchain records.

Use official support if the control is blocked

Contact Polymarket.com through its official support channels or email support@polymarket.com from the address associated with the international account. Polymarket does not publish a response-time promise.
