Delete Outlier.bet Account and Cancel Renewal

The Privacy Policy publishes an ordinary account-deletion request:

Alternatively, the same policy gives deleteme@outlier.bet: send from the email associated with the Outlier account, with subject Delete My Account. This is a request route, not an instant-erasure promise. Use the Outlier address, not the separately listed React Live contact.

For access or billing questions, the Terms give support@outlier.bet. Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card details, sportsbook credentials, gambling history or unrequested identity documents. Guarding Gamblers cannot access or delete your account. No support opening hours or response deadline is asserted here.

Cancel renewal with the original biller

Check an existing receipt before account deletion:

• Web or Android via Stripe: the August 6, 2026 help article links the Manage Subscription settings, where it says you can cancel. Use only existing-account controls safely available; no exact final button was tested.
• Apple-billed: the July 16, 2026 Outlier help directs cancellation and refund questions to Apple; Outlier cannot manage them. Use the purchasing Apple Account and Apple's cancellation instructions.

Do not assume Android means Google Play billing. If a receipt names another biller, ask that provider. Save cancellation confirmation and the end date; an email asking to delete the account is not proof renewal has stopped.

The Terms state that cancellation leaves access through the applicable billing cycle but normally brings no refund or partial-period credit. A trial renews unless cancelled before its stated end; its duration comes from checkout. No current price or trial length is quoted. Provider terms are not a determination of individual legal rights.

Check the unused-Token loss warning

The current Terms distinguish Tokens from a subscription. They have no cash value; deletion can mean losing unused Tokens without compensation, subject to applicable law or storefront refund rules. Do not buy or use Tokens, place a bet or reconnect a service to investigate an old balance. Ask the original biller about a disputed purchase separately.

Deletion is not sportsbook protection

No formal Outlier.bet self-exclusion, cooling-off or connected-account disconnection procedure was verified. Deleting this account does not establish closure, revoked access or self-exclusion at any sportsbook. The Terms treat third-party services separately. Do not reconnect an account to test an effect.

Use the platform directory for separate account help and keep independent blocking tools in place. Do not assume any one action covers every app, account or device.
