Keep your barriers in place
Keep your gambling blocker enabled. Do not whitelist Covers or a sportsbook, register again, install an app, deposit or wager to get help. The email route below does not require opening betting content. Urgent help and international support are available before any task.
This guide covers an existing Covers.com information and community account. Its About page names CS Media Ltd as website operator and Genius Sports as the group. It is not a guide to closing an account with an advertiser. Public sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested.
Request Covers account deletion
The Privacy Notice, dated May 6, 2025, explicitly publishes this ordinary account-deletion request:
Find your existing account identifiers
Note the Covers username and email address on file. Use records you already have; do not remove a blocker to look them up.
Email the account-deletion contact
Email legal@covers.com, clearly request Covers account deletion and
include that username and account email.
Check the outcome separately
Ask for written confirmation and keep it privately. A request is not proof of completed deletion. No completion deadline or recovery window was verified.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, gambling history or unrequested identity documents. If ownership verification is requested, ask for a secure, proportionate method. Guarding Gamblers cannot access your account or submit this request for you. Uninstalling an app alone is not an account-deletion request.
Covers self-exclusion status
Deletion is not sportsbook self-exclusion
No Covers-native formal self-exclusion or cooling-off procedure was verified. Covers' Terms treat dealings with advertisers and vendors separately. This request does not establish closure, cancellation of a wager or self-exclusion at a sportsbook or casino.
Use the platform directory for separate account help and keep independent blocking tools in place. Do not reconnect, deposit or place a test bet to check an account's status.
Stop Covers emails
Stop promotional emails separately
The Privacy Notice lists three marketing
opt-outs: the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, account marketing
preferences, or legal@covers.com. Use an existing email if opening the
site is unsafe. No suppression deadline was verified. Opting out is not
account deletion or protection at another service.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Will deletion remove forum posts and every record?
Not established. The Terms allow retention and use of user messages; they do not promise that account deletion removes posts, avatars or contest history. If those matter, ask about them explicitly rather than assuming the profile and every public contribution disappear together.
The Privacy Notice separately describes conditional erasure rights and legal, accounting, investigation and dispute retention. Ask what remains; do not assume immediate, complete erasure.
Does this cancel a paid service?
No current Covers paid-renewal cancellation procedure was verified. The About page describes its core resources as free without a subscription; that does not settle any individual charge. Check an existing receipt and contact its named biller separately. Do not buy, renew or start a trial to investigate. Deletion is not proof billing stopped.
