Read the control carefully. A category restriction is narrower than a Sisal-wide restriction, and both are narrower than transversal national exclusion.

Choose a temporary or indefinite period

Sisal publishes temporary periods from 7 through 270 days and an indefinite option. The confirmation should identify both duration and scope.

Confirm and save the result

Sisal describes activation as immediate. Save the scope, categories, period, and confirmation time before leaving the page.

A temporary exclusion cannot be revoked early and ends when the selected period expires. Sisal says an indefinite exclusion can be reviewed for reactivation only after at least nine months, followed by a seven-day restoration period.

Sisal says withdrawal of winnings or a withdrawable balance remains possible during exclusion. That qualification matters: it does not establish that a restricted or bonus-linked balance can be withdrawn, or how an unsettled bet or pending verification will be handled. Use official support for those account-specific items.
