Self-Exclusion Available
Self-exclusion is managed through NCPG (National Council on Problem Gambling) and takes immediate effect. Apply online via SingPass or in person at NCPG office.

Temporary Exclusion
- 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month
- 3 months, 6 months, 1 year
- Cannot be removed early
Permanent Exclusion
- Indefinite exclusion (recommended)
- Requires extensive verification to remove

How to Self-Exclude
Log into Your Account
Access your Singapore Pools account using your login credentials.
Find Responsible Gaming Settings
Look for "Responsible Gaming", "Account Settings", or "Player Protection" in your account menu.
Choose Self-Exclusion
Select "Self-Exclusion", "Take a Break", or "Cool-off Period" option.
Select Duration
Choose your preferred exclusion period. For addiction recovery, permanent exclusion is recommended.
Confirm and Verify
Complete any verification steps and confirm your self-exclusion request.
