Cancel a VegasInsider VIP Subscription

Cancel VegasInsider website VIP auto-renewal through My Products. Check billing help, refund limits and separate app, privacy and newsletter choices.

Last updated on Oct 29, 2026

To cancel a VegasInsider website VIP subscription, its published help directs existing subscribers to My Products → cancel auto renew. Check your original biller first: website cancellation does not establish cancellation of an app purchase, account deletion or gambling self-exclusion.

This guide helps existing subscribers leave a paid betting-information service, not use its picks. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested.

Check which purchase you want to stop

Use a saved receipt or statement to identify the product, biller and renewal date. VegasInsider's website and app help, updated August 1, 2024, says they have separate commerce offerings and products appear only on the platform where purchased.

The steps below are for website-billed VIP renewal. No app-purchase cancellation procedure was verified; ask the biller named on your receipt about that purchase. Do not assume a website cancellation stops a separate app charge, or reinstall an app to investigate it. Keep records privately; do not send Guarding Gamblers your receipts, payment details or gambling history.

Cancel website VIP auto-renewal

The official cancellation article, updated August 1, 2024, publishes this route:

  1. If safely accessible, sign in to your existing website account. Open the profile icon at the top right, then My Products.
  2. Find the existing package you want to stop and select cancel auto renew beneath it.
  3. Check the renewal status and expiration date; retain any confirmation privately. An unanswered request is not proof of cancellation.

The published My Products URL redirected to sign-in during the public review. No signed-in confirmation screen was verified. The help article says to cancel before expiration and that access continues until the expiration date and time. Continued access alone does not establish that renewal is still enabled.

Ask for billing help if controls are unavailable

The official Help page publishes customer.service@vegasinsider.com for billing issues. Ask about the specific existing renewal and request confirmation of its status. This is a billing-help contact, not a verified email-only cancellation procedure.

No support hours, response deadline or processing time was verified. Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or unrequested identity documents. Do not remove your blocker while waiting for a reply.

Check refund and short-pass limits

The Refund Policy states a no-refund policy for monthly or annual VIP subscriptions, including poor predictive performance. It considers genuine unauthorized-transaction or fraud claims individually; no refund result or timing is promised here. Cancelling renewal is not a refund. Do not describe a purchase you authorized as fraud.

The current VIP page advertises a three-day pass followed by monthly billing. Do not assume a short pass is a one-off purchase; check your own order and renewal terms. No current price or individual legal-rights determination is given here.

Keep newsletter, privacy and account requests separate

The newsletter help article, dated July 30, 2022, gives MyInsider → Settings → Update My Preferences. That signed-in menu was not tested; ask support if it differs or is unsafe to access. Newsletter preferences do not cancel a paid subscription.

The Privacy Policy, updated August 2025, is intended for US users and gives dataprotection@bettercollective.com for applicable privacy requests. Rights depend on location; legal and service-retention exceptions can limit erasure. A privacy request is not billing cancellation.

No ordinary account-closure procedure was verified. The Terms describe company termination powers, not a complete user-requested closure process. Ask about account closure separately; do not assume renewal cancellation deletes the account or its records.

Check other accounts separately

The ScoresAndOdds sign-in page accepts VegasInsider, ScoresAndOdds or RotoGrinders credentials. Shared sign-in does not establish shared cancellation or deletion. Do not reconnect accounts or share credentials to test effects; check each separate biller.

VegasInsider says it is not a sportsbook. No formal VegasInsider self-exclusion procedure was verified. Ending VIP does not establish closure or exclusion at an actual sportsbook. Use the platform directory for separate account help and keep independent blockers in place. You can use urgent help before any account task is settled.
