Cancel Unabated Membership and Stop Renewal

To cancel an existing Unabated membership, its Terms, section 13 say to use Manage Subscription in the upper-right of the signed-in account and follow its instructions, or contact support@unabated.com. Cancel before renewal; do not buy another plan to stop the existing one.

This is help for an existing member of Unabated Sports, Inc., not advice on using its tools. Public sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. The Terms were updated March 24, 2026. This guide does not establish an ordinary account-closure or data-deletion procedure.

Cancel the membership before renewal

Use the documented cancellation route:

1. If safely accessible, open the account you already use and review its renewal date.
2. Select Manage Subscription in the upper-right and follow the cancellation instructions.
3. Check the resulting membership and renewal status; keep confirmation privately.
4. If the result is unclear, ask support to confirm cancellation and the membership end date.

The Terms say access continues through the current billing cycle, then the membership ends. They describe no further membership charge after cancellation, but current-period charges remain due. A sent message alone is not proof that cancellation is complete. No exact confirmation screen or processing deadline was verified.

Monthly, six-month and annual memberships renew automatically under the Terms. Introductory rates also renew unless cancelled before expiration. Check every active membership you want to stop; do not assume an unused account or a removed app proves renewal is off.

If Manage Subscription is missing or access is blocked

The Terms explicitly allow cancellation by contacting support@unabated.com. Ask to cancel the existing membership and confirm its end date and renewal status. Leave your blocker enabled. Do not create another account, upgrade or make a payment to test cancellation.

Use an account-linked contact method if accessible; otherwise ask for a secure ownership-verification route. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, gambling history or unrequested identity documents in ordinary email or to Guarding Gamblers. Keep receipts privately.

No support opening hours, response guarantee or payment-processor cancellation route was verified. Do not infer a Stripe or app-store process from a payment logo. Ask support about an unclear existing charge without describing an authorized payment as unauthorized.

Refund eligibility is separate from cancellation

The current refund policy has a narrow exception: a new subscriber's first paid monthly base Premium or Props+ payment may qualify for its once-per-person 14-day guarantee. Requests go to support within 14 days of the first purchase. Prior paid members or prior guarantee recipients, annual and Concierge memberships, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, standalone purchases and add-ons are excluded. Do not open another account to seek eligibility.

Other payments and partial billing periods are non-refundable under that policy. This is the provider's stated policy, not a determination of your individual legal rights. Cancellation alone does not request a refund or establish eligibility, approval, amount or payment date. Ask support about your existing purchase; do not extend service or make another purchase to seek a refund.

Account closure and data removal are separate questions

No ordinary Unabated user account-closure or deletion route was verified. The operator's power to terminate access is not a user deletion procedure. Ask support separately whether the account and saved information can be removed, what remains and why; do not treat membership cancellation as complete erasure.

The Privacy Policy, still linked by the current Terms, says it was last amended August 18, 2021. It lists the same support address for privacy questions but does not publish a general deletion workflow, retention duration or completion deadline. No imported-data removal or reopening outcome was verified. Do not reconnect a sportsbook to test it.

Stop promotional messages separately

The Privacy Policy directs readers to the unsubscribe instructions in marketing messages. Administrative and transactional notices can continue. Cancelling membership is not proof that marketing stopped, and unsubscribing is not cancellation or account deletion. No suppression deadline was verified.

Protect separate sportsbook accounts

The Terms describe an informational service, not real-money betting. Cancelling Unabated does not close an underlying sportsbook, cancel its bets, withdraw funds or create self-exclusion there. Use the platform directory for that service's current account guide.

No formal Unabated pause, cooling-off or self-exclusion process was verified. Consider independent blocking tools without assuming every app is covered. You can seek US help or international support before any billing issue is resolved.
