Cancel a SportsLine Subscription

Cancel a directly billed SportsLine Pro subscription. Find the published contact route and separate renewal cancellation, marketing and data requests.

Last updated on Oct 29, 2026

For a SportsLine Pro subscription billed directly by SportsLine/CBS Interactive, the published cancellation contacts are 1-888-508-3055 and support@sportsline.com. Check your existing receipt first: this guide does not verify cancellation through another biller.

This guide is for an existing subscription, not an invitation to register or use betting content. Public sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. The current footer-linked SportsLine Subscription Terms display December 19, 2023 as their update date. They identify CBS Interactive Inc. as the provider and describe SportsLine as an entertainment service, not a service for gambling or wagering.

Check who bills your subscription

Use a receipt or subscription confirmation you already have to identify the biller and renewal date. The contact procedure below is scoped to directly billed SportsLine Pro. If the receipt names an app store or another provider, use that biller's current cancellation help or ask it to identify the correct route. Do not assume a SportsLine support request cancels a third-party charge. No current app-store menu sequence was verified for this guide.

Request cancellation of directly billed Pro

The subscription terms provide a phone or email route:

  1. Contact 1-888-508-3055 or support@sportsline.com about the existing directly billed Pro subscription.
  2. State that you want to cancel renewal, not buy, upgrade or change a plan. Use the account-linked email where possible and ask how to verify ownership securely.
  3. Ask for the effective cancellation date and confirmation that renewal has stopped. Keep the reply or reference privately and check it against your receipt.

No exact support opening hours, response deadline or processing time was verified. These are billing contacts, not crisis services. If the renewal is close, do not assume an unanswered message means cancellation is complete.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, gambling history or unrequested identity documents to support or Guarding Gamblers. We cannot access your subscription or cancel it for you.

Understand the renewal and refund policy

The published Pro policy says the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another period's fee.

The stated policy does not refund the remaining paid period. This describes the provider's policy, not a decision about your individual legal rights or a guarantee about a disputed charge. Ask the actual biller about a billing problem; do not renew or make a test purchase to check cancellation.

Keep account and data requests separate

Stopping renewal is not proof of account closure or erasure. No ordinary SportsLine account-deletion procedure was verified. A CBS Sports account procedure should not be assumed to apply to SportsLine or a shared login. Ask SportsLine support about the scope of any account action before agreeing to it, especially if other services use the same credentials.

The Paramount Privacy Rights Center provides a separate route for privacy requests. The privacy policy says rights depend on applicable law and that some information may be retained for legal or fraud prevention purposes. A deletion request is not a promise of complete erasure or subscription cancellation. No fixed completion deadline is asserted here.

Stop promotional messages separately

The Privacy Rights Center directs readers to the unsubscribe instructions in promotional emails. Important non-marketing service or purchase messages may continue. Email unsubscribe is not proof that a paid subscription has ended.

Protect underlying gambling accounts too

SportsLine cancellation does not close a sportsbook account or establish self-exclusion there. No formal SportsLine self-exclusion, cooling-off or reopening procedure was verified. For separate operator account help, use the platform directory. Keep independent blocking tools in place without assuming every service or device is covered.

You can reach US urgent-help options or support outside the United States while an account or billing request is still pending.
