Cancel a ScoresAndOdds Subscription

To cancel a ScoresAndOdds subscription, identify the biller on your existing receipt first. For website purchases, the official subscription policy directs subscribers to My Account. Cancelling renewal is not account deletion, data erasure or gambling self-exclusion.

This guide helps existing subscribers leave a paid betting-information service, not use its picks or tools. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested.

Identify the original biller

Check a saved receipt or statement for the provider, subscription and renewal date. Choose the matching route below. If another company bills you, ask that company for its cancellation procedure. Do not assume a website-support message stops an app-store charge.

Keep receipts and confirmations privately. Guarding Gamblers cannot access or cancel your account; do not send us your payment records or gambling history.

Cancel website-billed renewal

The published help article, updated July 25, 2022, gives this account route:

1. If safely accessible, sign in to your existing account and open My Account.
2. Find the existing subscription and use its cancellation controls. No exact final button or confirmation screen was verified.
3. Check the renewal status and effective end date; retain confirmation privately. An unanswered request is not proof of cancellation.

The account URL redirected to sign-in during the public review. That confirms the public route, not what a signed-in subscriber will see.

The help policy lists support@scoresandodds.com for assistance. Ask about the specific renewal if controls are unavailable. No support hours, response deadline or processing time was verified. Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or unrequested identity documents.

The same policy says cancellation stops recurring payments while access lasts through the paid period. Cancel before renewal; continued access alone does not mean renewal is still enabled.

Use Apple or Google only when they bill you

• Apple receipt: use the purchasing Apple Account. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose the subscription and select Cancel Subscription. Apple's current instructions cover other devices and missing subscriptions. No Cancel button or an expiration message means that subscription is already cancelled.
• Google Play receipt: use the purchasing Google Account, open its subscriptions, choose the subscription, select Cancel subscription and complete the prompts. Google's instructions explain that uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Check the biller's confirmation and end date. These are conditional routes, not proof that every ScoresAndOdds plan is sold through either store. Do not reinstall a gambling app or make a test purchase to investigate an old charge.

Check refund and pass terms

The Terms describe refunds as discretionary, case-by-case decisions. The older help policy additionally limits refund requests to 24 hours after purchase or renewal. Request promptly from the actual biller; cancellation is not a refund guarantee. These provider statements do not determine individual legal rights.

The 2022 help article calls a single-day pass non-renewing, but its reference to a five-day introductory pass differs from the current Premium page, which advertises a three-day trial. Do not treat every short pass as one-off. Check your own order terms and renewal date; no current price is quoted here.

Account closure and privacy are separate

The Terms include a user's request among possible reasons for termination, but do not establish a complete user-facing closure procedure. No ordinary account-closure procedure was verified. Ask support about closure separately; do not assume cancellation deletes the account.

The Privacy Policy, updated June 2025, names Better Collective USA, Inc. It is intended for US users and gives dataprotection@bettercollective.com for applicable privacy-rights requests. Rights depend on location; legal and service-retention exceptions can limit deletion. No complete-erasure result or fixed deadline is promised. A privacy request is not billing cancellation.

The policy's footer Cookie Preference Center handles separate cookie-related sale/sharing choices for the browser and device used. No general newsletter unsubscribe procedure was verified there; ask support about promotional messages without assuming service messages or retained records will disappear.

Do not assume other accounts are protected

The public sign-in page accepts ScoresAndOdds, VegasInsider or RotoGrinders credentials. Shared sign-in does not establish shared cancellation or deletion. Check each separate biller and account; do not reconnect accounts or share credentials to test effects.

No formal ScoresAndOdds self-exclusion or connected-account disconnection procedure was verified. Ending this subscription does not establish closure or exclusion at a sportsbook or another service. Use the platform directory for separate account help and keep independent blockers in place. You can use urgent help before any account task is settled.
