Cancel a RotoGrinders Subscription

To stop RotoGrinders subscription renewal, first identify who bills you. The Subscription Policies, updated March 12, 2026, give a profile-based website route and separate Apple and Google routes. RotoGrinders cannot manage app-store subscriptions. Cancelling renewal is not the same as closing an account or deleting data.

This guide is for existing subscribers who want to leave paid fantasy-sports or betting-information services, not use their tools. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested.

Choose the original biller

Check an existing receipt or statement for the provider, subscription and next renewal date. Use that biller's cancellation route below. If a different company bills you, ask that company for its procedure; do not assume cancelling a RotoGrinders website plan stops another provider's charge.

You do not need to buy, upgrade, reconnect a gambling account or start a new trial to investigate an old payment. Keep receipts and confirmations privately, not in a public forum or a message to Guarding Gamblers.

Cancel website-billed renewal

The current subscription policy describes the following route. The public Premium FAQ also places subscription information under My Account:

1. If you can safely access your existing account, select the homepage's person icon, then My Account to reach your profile.
2. Select subscription from the profile dropdown and use the cancellation controls actually shown. No exact final button or confirmation screen was verified.
3. Check that renewal is stopped and record the effective end date. An unanswered request is not proof of cancellation.

The help article's direct profile link returned 404 without authentication during this review. That is not proof that an existing signed-in account has no cancellation option. Use the published menu route only when safely accessible; otherwise ask for help. Do not disable a blocker to test it.

For assistance, the policy gives support@rotogrinders.com. The official support request form also covers subscription issues. Ask how to stop the specific existing renewal and confirm the outcome securely. No support hours, response deadline or cancellation-processing time was verified.

Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card details, gambling history or unrequested identity documents. Use the provider's verified contact, not Guarding Gamblers; we cannot access or cancel your account.

Cancel Apple or Google billing

The RotoGrinders policy directs store-billed cancellation and refund questions to the original store. Use its current instructions rather than assuming the website controls apply:

• Apple: use the Apple Account shown on your existing receipt. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select the subscription and choose Cancel Subscription. Apple's instructions cover other devices and missing subscriptions. Apple says an expiration message or no Cancel button means that subscription is already cancelled.
• Google Play: use the purchasing Google Account, open its subscriptions, select the existing subscription, choose Cancel subscription and finish the prompts. Google's instructions state that uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Check the store's confirmation and end date. Do not reinstall a gambling app or make a test purchase to check cancellation. A website-support message is not confirmation that a store-billed subscription has stopped.

Check refunds and short passes

The March 2026 subscription policy says cancellation stops future renewals while access continues through the applicable paid billing cycle. Its standard refund policy says no refund after a charge or for a partially used period. This is the provider's policy, not a determination of individual legal rights or a refund promise.

The older Terms instead describe discretionary, case-by-case refund decisions. Their page wrapper says September 15, 2024, but the legal body says June 22, 2020. This guide uses the newer help article for the standard cancellation policy. Ask the actual biller to explain any disputed charge or exception; do not assume an exception will be granted.

The public RG DFS short-pass checkout shows a paid three-day pass followed by recurring monthly billing. A short pass is not proof of a one-off purchase. Check your own order confirmation and cancel before renewal if you do not want to continue. Prices varied between responses during review, so no current price is quoted here.

Keep account, privacy and marketing separate

The Terms list a direct user request among possible grounds for account termination. They do not document a user-facing closure workflow, timing, confirmation or deletion effect. No ordinary account-closure procedure was verified. You may ask support about that separately, without assuming subscription cancellation closes the account.

The Privacy Policy, updated August 2025, names Better Collective USA, Inc. and gives dataprotection@bettercollective.com for applicable privacy-rights requests. It is aimed at US users; rights and exceptions depend on location. Data deletion may be restricted by legal obligations or continuing services. No complete-erasure result or fixed deadline is established here. A privacy request is not a billing-cancellation request or proof of account closure.

The policy describes separate cookie-related sale/sharing choices through the footer's Cookie Preference Center. These are browser/device-specific, not subscription cancellation. No RotoGrinders newsletter-unsubscribe procedure or suppression deadline was verified in this policy; ask support about stopping promotional messages without assuming all service messages or retained records will disappear.

Protect separate gambling accounts

No formal RotoGrinders self-exclusion, cooling-off or connected-account disconnection procedure was verified. Cancelling this information subscription does not establish closure or self-exclusion at a separate sportsbook, fantasy-contest host or linked service. Do not reconnect an account or share its credentials to test that.

Use the platform directory for separate account help and keep independent blocking tools in place. Neither a billing task nor a privacy request needs to be settled before you use urgent help or international support.
