Cancel a Rithmm Subscription

To cancel a Rithmm subscription, use the company that bills you: Apple, Google Play or Rithmm's website account settings. The Terms distinguish these routes. Stopping renewal is not account deletion or gambling self-exclusion.

This guide helps existing subscribers leave a betting-information service, not use its predictions. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested.

Identify the original biller

Use a saved receipt or statement to identify the provider, subscription and renewal date. Apple's missing-subscription guidance explains how a receipt identifies the purchasing account; a charge from another company must be handled with that biller.

Keep records privately. Guarding Gamblers cannot access or cancel your subscription; do not send us receipts, payment details or gambling history. Do not make a test purchase or reconnect a sportsbook to find an old charge.

Cancel website-billed renewal

Rithmm's Terms, updated August 17, 2026, direct website subscribers to their account settings:

1. If safely accessible, sign in to your existing Rithmm website account.
2. Open account settings and use the existing subscription's cancellation controls. No more detailed website menu or exact final button was verified.
3. Check that renewal has stopped and note the effective end date. Keep confirmation privately; a sent request alone is not proof of cancellation.

The official support page lists support@rithmm.com for general assistance. If controls are unavailable, ask how to cancel the specific website-billed subscription. No support hours, response deadline or processing time was verified. Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or unrequested identity documents.

Use the purchasing Apple or Google account

• Apple-billed: on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Rithmm and select Cancel Subscription. Apple's instructions cover other devices and missing subscriptions. No Cancel button or a red expiration message means that subscription is already cancelled.
• Google Play-billed: use the purchasing Google Account, open its subscriptions, select Rithmm, choose Cancel subscription and complete the prompts. Google's instructions explain that uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Use these routes only when that store bills you. Check the biller's status and confirmation, rather than assuming an email to Rithmm stopped a store renewal.

Check the deadline, end date and refund limits

Rithmm's Terms require cancellation at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends; cancellation takes effect at period end. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiry. Check your own checkout terms, not an assumed trial length.

Apple also advises cancelling trial renewal at least 24 hours before it ends. Act early rather than wait for a support reply. Google says paid-period access can continue after cancellation.

The Rithmm Terms generally exclude refunds, including partial periods, with exceptions for applicable law or store policy. The homepage FAQ gives a shorter no-refunds statement; that does not remove the Terms' exceptions. Cancellation is not a refund promise.

Account deletion and privacy remain separate

The Terms permit account deletion but publish no complete user-facing procedure. No ordinary account-deletion procedure was verified. Ask general support about it separately; do not assume cancellation deletes your account.

The Privacy Policy, updated September 7, 2026, gives privacy@rithmm.com for privacy questions and describes EU data rights. That is not a verified ordinary account-closure channel or a universal erasure guarantee. No retention schedule or deletion deadline was verified.

Stop promotions and protect other accounts separately

The Privacy Policy directs promotional-email opt-outs to the instructions in those messages. Account and transaction messages may continue. Unsubscribing from marketing is not paid cancellation.

No formal Rithmm self-exclusion or connected-account disconnection procedure was verified. Its Terms treat external sportsbook and prediction-market accounts separately. Ending Rithmm renewal does not establish closure or exclusion elsewhere. Use the platform directory for those accounts and keep independent blockers in place.
