Cancel RebelBetting Subscription and Stop Renewal

To cancel a RebelBetting paid subscription, its cancellation FAQ says to open Options → User in the application and select Cancel for the subscription/payment profile. Check every active profile you want to stop. Do not buy another subscription to cancel the existing one.

This is help for an existing paid subscriber to the service provided by Clarobet AB, not advice on using it. Public sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. The reviewed pages display no policy revision date. This guide does not establish a bookmaker-account closure route.

Cancel each active subscription or payment profile

Follow the published application route:

1. Open Options in the application you already use.
2. Select User and locate the subscription/payment profile.
3. Select its Cancel link. Check any other active profiles separately.
4. Check the resulting renewal status and expiry date; save the result privately.

The FAQ says cancellation prevents re-billing at expiry, with access continuing until the account expiry date. It does not document a confirmation screen, exact cutoff time or what happens if the control fails. Ask support to confirm the result if the status is unclear; a sent message alone is not proof.

The Terms say paid subscriptions recur, including monthly, weekly or bi-weekly periods. They warn that buying or upgrading without cancelling an older subscription can leave two active. Do not assume one cancellation covers every profile. Added free time may be removed on cancellation, so verify the resulting expiry date rather than assuming it is unchanged.

If Cancel is missing or account access is blocked

The Contact page offers Open chat and publishes support@rebelbetting.com. Ask support to stop recurring billing for each unwanted active profile and confirm the result and expiry. Live support is not available 24/7; an offline chat message becomes an email conversation. No guaranteed cancellation-processing deadline was verified.

Use the registered email or one non-sensitive account identifier. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, betting history or unrequested identity documents. Ask for a secure verification method if needed. Keep receipts privately; do not send them to Guarding Gamblers. Community or Discord posts are not a substitute for an account-support request.

No processor-specific cancellation route was verified. A declined payment, replacement card, deleted app or unused account does not demonstrate that the subscription/payment profile is cancelled. Keep the blocker on while resolving it.

Refunds are separate from cancellation

The Terms describe subscriptions as non-refundable and sales as final. That is the provider's stated policy, not a determination of your individual legal rights. Cancellation does not itself establish a refund. Ask support to clarify any disputed existing charge; do not describe a payment you authorized as unauthorized or buy more service to seek a refund. No refund amount, approval or payment date is promised here.

A pause is not permanent cancellation

The pause FAQ describes a temporary suspension, while the Terms say a paused account reactivates automatically after the maximum pause. Do not treat a pause as cancellation when your aim is to stop recurring billing. This guide does not recommend activating a pause or extending service.

Account closure and privacy need separate requests

No ordinary user account-closure procedure was verified. An operator's power to terminate access is not a user deletion route. Ask support about closure separately and confirm billing first; removing an account is not proof that every payment profile has stopped.

The Privacy Policy directs erasure requests to the Contact page, with exceptions for records kept for administrative, legal or security purposes. Ask what can be deleted, what must remain and why. No deletion-completion deadline was verified, and this is not a promise of complete erasure. The policy's payment-gateway description does not prove that deleting this account cancels a gateway's recurring charge.

Protect separate bookmaker accounts

Cancelling RebelBetting does not close or self-exclude a separate bookmaker account. No RebelBetting formal self-exclusion or permanent future-account barrier was verified. Use the platform directory for the relevant bookmaker and consider independent blocking tools without assuming every service is covered.

Ask support separately how to stop marketing; no marketing-control procedure was verified. Billing cancellation is not proof that promotional messages have stopped. You can seek US support or international support before any billing question is resolved.
