Cancel a Props.Cash Subscription

Cancel Props.Cash through the original biller. Find Apple and Google Play steps, website-route limits, and separate account-deletion questions.

Last updated on Oct 29, 2026

To cancel a Props.Cash subscription, first check who billed you: Apple, Google Play or a direct provider. Use the matching route below. Deleting the app, sending a support message or requesting data deletion is not proof that paid renewal has stopped.

This guide is for existing subscribers leaving a sports-information service, not using its picks. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. Guarding Gamblers cannot access or cancel your subscription. Keep receipts privately; do not send us payment records or gambling history.

Identify the biller before you cancel

Props.Cash's U.S. Apple listing describes Apple-billed subscriptions. Its Google Play listing also lists in-app purchases. Installing an app does not establish which company charged for your particular plan.

Use your purchase receipt and the account named on it. If no Apple receipt exists, Apple advises checking the bank or card statement to identify the biller. Do not start a second subscription to find the first one. A website-billed plan may not appear in either store's subscription list.

Cancel Apple-billed renewal

For a purchase billed by Apple, follow Apple's current cancellation procedure on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Settings, tap your name and choose Subscriptions.
  2. Select the existing Props.Cash subscription under the Apple Account shown on the receipt.
  3. Choose Cancel Subscription, then review the displayed status and expiration date.

Apple says a missing Cancel button or a red expiration message means the subscription is already cancelled. If it is missing from the list, check the receipt's Apple Account; a family member must cancel their own purchase. Do not treat continued app access alone as proof of future billing status.

Cancel Google Play-billed renewal

For a subscription actually billed by Google Play, use Google's cancellation instructions:

  1. Open subscriptions in Google Play while signed into the Google Account used for the purchase.
  2. Select the existing Props.Cash subscription.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription and follow the remaining confirmation instructions.

Google states that uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Paid access generally continues for the time already paid; remaining payments on a committed payment plan are a separate obligation. Review the cancellation status and renewal/end date privately.

Google's help page describes pauses only for subscriptions that support them. No Props.Cash pause feature was verified. Do not choose a pause or resubscription when your intention is to stop renewal.

If Props.Cash bills you directly

No exact current website cancellation menu or final confirmation was verified. A public terms PDF on the official domain describes termination by notice or a mechanism within the service, subject to plan conditions. It gives no complete cancellation control or notice contact. During this review, we could not confirm that PDF's current link relationship to the website's JavaScript-only terms page.

Do not apply that document's notice language as a universal delay to an Apple or Google Play cancellation. For a direct-billed purchase, ask the published general support address support@props.cash—shown in the Google Play listing—to identify the applicable cancellation route and effective renewal status.

That is a request for help, not a verified email-cancellation method. A sent message is not confirmation of cancellation. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or unrequested identity documents. No support processing time or exact website button is promised here.

Check trial deadlines and refunds separately

The current Apple listing and Google Play listing advertise a trial and say to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Use the actual deadline on your own purchase, not an assumed universal trial length. Apple separately advises cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Do not wait for a support reply.

Cancellation does not establish a refund. The public PDF's prepaid-fee refund clause is tied to termination for an uncured breach, not ordinary cancellation. Do not interpret it as a general refund promise. Check the actual biller's applicable policy; no refund outcome or universal end-of-access rule was verified for direct-billed plans.

Account deletion and protection are still separate

No ordinary Props.Cash account-deletion procedure was verified. The linked privacy page returned only a JavaScript shell to the cloud reader. Google Play's data-safety declaration says deletion can be requested, but does not establish a complete public request route, scope or completion time. That is not proof of account closure, full erasure or cancellation.

No account-specific retention period, deletion deadline, marketing opt-out procedure or connected-account unlinking flow was verified. Keep privacy and billing questions separate; do not reconnect an account or share a personal crisis disclosure to test removal.

The store listings describe an information product, not a place that accepts wagers. Cancelling it does not close or self-exclude a separate sportsbook or fantasy account. No formal Props.Cash self-exclusion process was verified. Use the platform directory for separate account help and keep independent blockers in place.
